Stayed here for one night as the meeting point at the start of a tour. We were greeted by the most friendly reception staff that I experienced my my whole 3-wk stay in Morocco. Rooms were basic / adequate but maybe in need of a little refreshing. The bed pillows were a bit on the uncomfortable side but maybe I'm... More

This was our first introduction to Moroccan hospitality. The two young men on reception during the day were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean and I imagine if most people are like us you most certainly do not come to Morocco to hang out in your hotel room. This hotel was located in a... More

Three of us stayed at the Maamoura Hotel for one night in September 2014. It was our first night in Morocco, and the hotel arranged for a pickup service from Mohammed V Airport. We found the location to be central yet quiet, just a short walk from many of the main sights in central Casablanca. The Hassan II Mosque was... More

This hotel is in a very good location in downtown Casablanca, walking distance to the market and the Place des Nations Unies. The Moroccan decoration and cleanliness made me really like it. Very spacious rooms with good view of the street. I stayed there with my friend for 2 nights and we really enjoyed it. The price was very cheap... More

I did spend two nights at Maamoura Hotel in Casablanca last August. This is a simple hotel, comfortable, well located, very clean with a helpful and polite staff. The lobby is nicely decorated and the free wi-fi internet was working well during my stay. The neighborhood is plenty of art decor buildings and during the day is very nice for... More

Staying in the hotel for 3 weeks is just like staying at home with everything available for you. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the lady assigned in the third floor is very hardworking. Everyday there are sets of nice, clean towels and bed sheets/pillows. There's free wifi in each room. The desk can also arranged tours for... More

The hotel is in a small alley (aptly named Ibn Batouta) which creates doubts in the minds of the visitor as they enter it. But the hotel itself is quite comfortable (though the rooms are a bit small). Decent buffet breakfast and there is WiFi in the rooms

This hotel was our first glimpse of Morocco. Very friendly staff with decent rooms. Clean for the most part but a little dated. The shower recess is small but there is plenty of hot water, and free wifi in each room. Our room faced the street but there didn't seem to be a lot going on out there so there... More

I stayed here for one Saturday night on my way out of Morocco the next afternoon. I stayed in room 108, which overlooks the street, and it was very quiet with almost no traffic noise at all. The Maamoura is an old hotel, but very straight forward. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean as was the bed linen... More

I only stayed for 1 night in this Hotel and so it served its purpose. It is an old building with a character filled lobby area. The bedroom and bathroom were adequate but noise carries from one bedroom to the next. The best thing about it is where it is located in the downtown area. I loved the downtown, wandering... More
