The hotel has an old-fashioned flair to it and the rooms are big. Downsides: many taxis don't know it and don't know the name of the street; there was no heating in the room and the bathroom had a permanently open window; it was full of mosquitoes and I got so many bites on my face that it looked like... more

Was recently on a two week trip to Morocco and the Hotel Transatlantique was probably the worst hotel we encountered. While the lobby does have some charm with various antiques and old knick-knacks displayed along with interesting vintage travel posters, the rooms share none of this character.
