poorely placed, quite noisy surrounding, suitable for one who must be nearby tomorrow and is after a long exhausting flight. the room standard is low, and the restaurant is very basic. not recomended for family travel. the staff, though, is co-operative and wiiling to help.

I stayed two nights at the hotel - one day when I landed in Casablanca and my lat day in Casablanca, before leaving for home. On the first night, the room was very average. On the second night, looks like they gave me a suite with a sit out and a bedroom. The suite was good. The food was an... More

First time at the Imperial. Did not do my homework prior and relied on the travel agent hence my mistake. Unfortunately no mini bar and tea / coffee making facility. Internet worked for a few days and then when the tour buses came during the last days of my stay, I got nothing at all. Called reception and they said... More

The room ( 114) is in front of the tramway way, from 06.00 AM to 01.00 AM the tramway is passing every 10 minutes, with a horrible noise. Was not possible to sleep during all night. Breakfast very poor. Better to avoid this hotel (if we can consider it as a hotel)

GOOD: The hotel is conveniently located – half way between the train station and Place des Nations Unies which is the main square of the city (~15 min walk, or few minutes by tram which stops by the hotel). Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Our room was quite large and was kept clean all 6 days... More

I visit Casablanca for business once every two months and most of the times I have stayed at the Imperial Casablanca. I'm a sucker for a buidling with a history, so I have been coming back to this place mostly because I'm fascinated by the history of the buidling and the design. Unfortunately the 'down sides' of the hotel are... More

absolutely terrible hotel from all points of view. our first room had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. after we changed to a new room, we thought things might be better, but the room was facing the tram street, which makes a constant noise as from 5 am. this is far from being a 4 star hotel, it lacks... It is convenientaly located near old Medina with a taxi stand outside. If you arrive at Casablanca train/tram station, skip the taxi drivers who demand 60-100 dhirams. Take the train and it stops like a minute past the hotel. If you ask people around, they gladly help you and it costs much less the taxis. The rooms are ok and... More

Arrived at the hotel after 40 hours of travel from NZ and so appreciated the comfortable bed and room. The hotel is clean and well kept and we appreciated the recently renovated Art Deco style which was tastefully done. The Wifi was good and there was a security box in our room. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the bellman... More

I was hoping for a little more from this hotel. I don't think the spa is up and running. And the lounge bar is kind of awkward. Plus the wifi is rubbish! However, the breakfast buffet is nice and the staff are very friendly. Plus the restaurant is reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. Overall we had a nice stay... More
