A nice and recently build hotel in the heart of Casablanca. It is very clean. Nice Piano bar but every time there is football on TV, you are going to have laud TV rather than a nice piano. The restaurant on the ground floor is pretty good and very quiet. My bedrooms always have been spacious and nice.

This must rate as one of the top ten hotels in Casablanca and it is conveniently situated in the New commerce area but only five minutes away from the sea in one direction and the Old Medina in the other. The Hotel itself is very well run with an efficient reservations desk and concierge service at the entrance. The ground... More

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Very grand decor with a really nice ambience. Rooms were nice comfortable quite and spacious. Breakfast the next morning was extremely delicious and they catered for all tastes. Omelettes made fresh in front of you with your choice of filling. Would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Casablanca. I would say more suited for... More

I was in the Palace some years ago and renovation was due, and they did an excellent job, really. I had the chance to have a room in the top floors and it was very large, extremely clean, comfortable, modern, functional, although a little bit noisy because of the road. Staff is very friendly, smiling, and always helpful. Do not... More

Good hotel for a couple of days for business. The service was good and so is their breakfast. There's a different wifi for every floor and dining room and bar and they are very helpful with offering it. There are lots of business people coming and going and is potentially good for networking.

The rooms are fine, there's a cigar bar in reception for watching champions league etc. nice if you're visiting on business although makes the atmosphere a bit smokey. Overall it's a pretty ok 'hotel'. However its not just the building and beds that matter, the way you're treated by the staff is equally if not more important. For us, the... More

This hotel was booked for me by a client in Casablanca, so then i read reviews and thought hmmmm....but i had to go with it. In terms of Staff not being attentive etc then this to me was certainly not the case at all (they even sent a porter to find me a travel adapter on a rainy Sunday evening)......The... More

Stayed at the palace d'anfa for 2 weeks. It was somewhat a pleasant stay, hotel quality is good, service there is very mediocre and staff are not very friendly. There was a case in which i wanted to exchange $100 to Moroccon Dinar and the receptionist told me to go to the bank cause they were out of cash, I... More

I have stayed at palace d'anfa during the month of july (ramadan). The staff at the lounge were very rude and unprofessional. Serving alcoholic drinks is prohibited except at 5 star hotels. They were serving alcoholic drinks to everyone except arab speaking although i dont have any arab citizenship. Moreover, when inquired if we can exchange money to moroccan dirhams,... More

Its one of these used to be hotel.. used to be a great hotel 30 years ago.. The windows are old, isolation is not good, with a lot of street noise. Half the room is renovated, bathroom ok, but the bed is poor.
