This hotel was booked for me by a client in Casablanca, so then i read reviews and thought hmmmm....but i had to go with it. In terms of Staff not being attentive etc then this to me was certainly not the case at all (they even sent a porter to find me a travel adapter on a rainy Sunday evening)......The... More

Stayed at the palace d'anfa for 2 weeks. It was somewhat a pleasant stay, hotel quality is good, service there is very mediocre and staff are not very friendly. There was a case in which i wanted to exchange $100 to Moroccon Dinar and the receptionist told me to go to the bank cause they were out of cash, I... More

I have stayed at palace d'anfa during the month of july (ramadan). The staff at the lounge were very rude and unprofessional. Serving alcoholic drinks is prohibited except at 5 star hotels. They were serving alcoholic drinks to everyone except arab speaking although i dont have any arab citizenship. Moreover, when inquired if we can exchange money to moroccan dirhams,... More

Its one of these used to be hotel.. used to be a great hotel 30 years ago.. The windows are old, isolation is not good, with a lot of street noise. Half the room is renovated, bathroom ok, but the bed is poor.

I normally never write these reviews but this is just bad. I have been traveling on business since Sunday. Just wanting to go to bed but upon getting to my room the window's latch is broken. I have gone to reception twice now and still no one has come to fix it. It has been two hours and nothing. Almost... More

Le Palace d’Anfa has good hotel rates. Very affordable and best for family vacations. Casablanca has very cheap transportation fares too. Not too many places to explore near the hotels but good restaurants nearby. Although the hotel is affordable, it sort of reflected on their staff hospitality. I think they need to update their training or something, I just found... More

From my last visit in this hotel in April 2013 I found out this January that the quality has been brought down significantly. Just the registration of our four rooms took about 40 minutes on a empty reception desk. I can't think of how much time would be needed if we were not the only guests at that time... Apparently... I was there with my family a while ago and we enjoyed our staying very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have wooden floors, maybe a little impersonal. The breakfast was decent. The location is not very touristy so there’s not much to see nearby, but the taxis are not expensive and it’s... More

Booked a deluxe room for 14 nights. Located at downtown (heart of city). Given a twin sharing bed instead of single bed. A bit annoy since I need to bring back the luggage for new keys. Internet connection are good but sometimes has issue with wifi. Unable to connect although it is full bar. No sure if it is a... More

Stayed here 6 nights on business. We were upgraded to a suite, which, while rather noisy since it faced the street, was still a great room. Service including room service and maid service was great--much better than other large "business" hotels in Casablanca where I stayed before. The location was not touristy so I didn't find much in the way... More
