This was my first time at this hotel as my usual choices were full, the location is excellent in one of the most pleasant parts of Casa with plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Plenty of good shopping also including some of the most expensive shops in town. The hotel itself is large and a bit impersonal however the... More

No A/C, no working elevator to the 10th floor, poor WIFI. The photos are deceiving. This hotel is like an old 70's apartment building with rusted out interiors. Lights in the lobby are on intermittently. Thoroughly disappointed.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. The only selling point this hotel had was the location being right where we needed to be. Aside from that, the carpets were very old and had numerous stains (looked like gum on a sidewalk after a few years) the toilet seat was half discolored a feces color of brown, and to... More

The hotel lifts need some maintenance. To call the lift you have to hold the call button in for a while before it lights up and the door controls do not work at all. The local population of pigeons use the swimming pool as a watering hole. The towels and sheets are are so old they look grey. Breakfast was... More

rooms are terrible, after changing three rooms we got a room.with carpets that are 30 years old, smelly room, bath towels so.thin you can see through it. This hotel should have been renovated probably 20 years ago.

This hotel is starting to get tired and could do with an update. It's just falling short of the 4 star standard it claims but could easily get back there with a little paint and new furniture. The corridors are dingy. The rooms look like they were once 4 star. That said it was clean, safe and convenient. The selling... More

The hotel is a little old and could use some rehab, but the room was big and we even had our own balcony. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was included and was very good. Location was nice.

This is my second visit to this property (Jan 12). Perhaps I was fortunate however I had none of the problems encountered by the previous guest, The staff were very pleasant. I needed to go to the ATM and was accompanied by the doorman as he did not consider a woman should walk alone down the street so late at... More

This hotel badly needs an overhaul. The guys at desk constantly try to sell you something or try and get you a cab for commission. You need to open the windows of the rooms to get a cool breeze because the air-conditioners are controlled centrally even though you have a thermostat in the room. The only good part was that...
