Great location in the heart of the city. Close to the main squares where you can enjoy of your coffee or meal, close to the Medina, also close to the tram, but is situated on a very busy and noisy street, they just need to upgrade with soundproof windows because in that way you feel as you’re right on the... We had to stay in the hotel during a guided tour. It is really really bad. The rooms a small and not very tidy, most rooms face the Bd. de Paris and are very noisy. Dinner and Breakfast did not taste very well. One of the lifts did not work properly. Avoid if possible.

While I only stayed here one night, it was very comfortable. Check in was quick and the bell staff were falling over themselves to help with your bags. The staff understand English and Spanish to a degree. I preferred to communicate in French since both it and Arabic are spoken in Morocco and the staff took notice. The only English... More

I'm not rating the hotel itself, just the Clin d'oeil bar. It's totally a dive, but we appreciate dives, especialy when one gets good service, nice snacks and cheap drinks. We had two happy hour Flag Specials each, and were given warm peanuts, cheese and meat cubes, olives, and a plate of radishes, cucumbers and carrots all for the low,... More

Yes the noise in the street is perfectly audible in the room, the A/C didn't functioned properly, the food was correct but has room for improvement. The hotel is near the central square where you can stay enjoying a cafe and watching the daily and nightly live of Casablanca.

-Staff Don't know, they didn't talk to us (apart from giving us the check-in form and the bill during checkout). -Rooms Terrible (and I mean terrible) noise from the street. Smelly old carpet. Window didn't close. Room door didn't close firmly. Clean, though. -Public areas Almost inexistent. Only one elevator working for a 10 storey building. -Restaurant Buffet only for... More

I prefer my hot water to be hot and my air conditioning to be cold. Unfortunately here the hot water was tepid at best and the air conditioning blowing out air that was way to warm to help keep the room comfortable. Warning if you are thinking of visiting in Summer! Other than that the fridge didn't work and the... More

Like other reviewers I found myself at the wrong end of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. People: please do not stay here, they treat guests worse than dirt and you can do a lot better for the price in Casablanca than Prince de Paris. In addition to the bad food, creaking facilities (rooms are... More
