Stayed two nights in November. Room was adequate, but older and not well maintained. Good from breakfast to dinners was of poor quality and with ambivalent service. Not particularly cheap either. I would seek another place to stay if given the option.

I saw on Tripadvisor that Hotel Atlas Almohades has a majority of “Terrible”-rated reviews, so when I arrived at that hotel with my Overseas Adventure Group (OAT) I expected to see the absolutely worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Nope--not at all. Yes, this hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation. When I first saw my room, it... More

Our OAT group stayed here. Room was clean and decent. AC didn't work well. Wifi excellent. Breakfast with eggs and cereal and the usual salad material. Bed was good. Shower worked with hot water. Some people are way too spoiled.

This hotel was just terrible. The whole place smells awful, the food was bad and expensive and the staff was completely clueless. We went there for a conference and they were completely disorganized about how to bill everyone. I must say the bed was nice, very comfy. But really, not such a lovely experience. A lot of new management and... More

I stayed at hotel Almohades for night along with my mother and grandmother before traveling to the airport the next morning. Upon my arrival the man who works at the front desk during daytime hours was extremely rude and disrespectful to myself, my mother and my grandmother! He accused me of not actually having a reservation when I repeatedly show... More

Casablanca is a big city, with heavy traffic and a great many hotels and many are not listed on well-known sites, especially the cheaper establishments. After much deliberation and being the last two days of our travels we decided on a mid-range hotel. The Atlas Almohades is very central, close to many cafes and restaurants, the old medina, twin towers... More

This is not an expensive hotel and it's much better than other hotels in Casablanca twice expensive. This hotel is very well located near the old center of Casablanca. The hotel is old but it had a small refurbishment in some rooms. The hotel is clean and quiet. The service is good. It's a perfect hotel for a overnight stay... More

The room was smallish (normal European size) but OK, except for some holes in the bathroom ceiling. Dinner in the hotel was good. The hotel was supposed to let me have a breakfast at 5:45 and didn't deliver on that. Additionally, there was a person sleeping on a couch in the lobby at that time, presumably an employee. Thankfully, the... More

The reservation for this hotel was made by my travel agent..I read all the reviews for this hotel prior to leaving and was absolutely terrified before I even arrived. It's not that bad. The hotel is centrally located close to Old Medina and the trolley that one can take from one end of Casablanca to the other. We stayed six... More
