The hoted is very well placed near the business district of the city, but unfortunately the hotels is miserable, the room smelt weird at my entrance like if it was closed for many years (paid for 140 euros/night)...the car park is very small and you have to pass by the hotel cuisine and hsk department to go your room once... The hotel is located a convenient 20 minute walk from the city's main attraction, the impressive Hassan II mosque. Casablanca is a large business city of some 5 million, with traffic to match. The Idou Anfa catered efficiently to business visitors, with onsite parking, and a very charming porter to help us. The food was good, and the buffet evening... More

... the Internet is so slow and unreliable that it takes you ages to send and receive. It is absolutely unnerving - and if you come to Casa for work and not for pleasure (as probably most visitors do), this will drive you mad. Otherwise the hotel is o.k., food is o.k. but nothing special compared to the usually very... More

Good and friendly service. Great panoramic bar on the 16th and pool & Spa in the hotel. Rooms are deteriorating fast, specially bathrooms. No bar service in the rooms. Only its buffet breakfast is recommended. A/C did not function. Very limited Wi-Fi in the rooms. Better in Hall. A pity, as it could be a great hotel.

Pros: 5 minutes walk from Hassan II Mosque & famous coffee shop is at the opposite corner. Con: small cockroach was found in the hotel restaurant; the hotel is not so friendly. (A notice shown in the room stated that ironing is strictly prohibited as they had laundry & ironing service. I don't think such notice would be prepared by... More

unfortunately the hotel needs updating by all means. Our room left a worn impression, taps in the bathroom are loose, the shower works thinly. The WC needs replacing. The cleaning routing should be checked more carefully. Despite the worn look of the room, it could be a lot cleaner! The food and the dining/breakfast room do not ooze much inspiration.... More

I have stayed here both times I have been in Casablanca. Rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly and very accommodating. If I go back I will definitely stay here again. Great view over Casablanca from the 16th floor 😊

Its an OK hotel in Casablanca. A little expensive for the offering.... a decent bar, however the better option for food is in the neighborhood. Some excellent places filled with locals just 10's of meters away. WiFi in the room was intermittent at best.... Regarding smoking, Morocco is still smoking heaven, a bastion! I think there are better options.....

Most relevant item: Internet connection rarely works. And when it works, the speed is extremely low. This is simply unacceptable for such level of Hotel. Another important point: Hotel is old and people in Casablanca uses to smoke a lot. Conclusion: The room (mainly because of the old carpet) smells like cigar. In resume, I would not recommend this Hotel... More

This hotel is overpriced and scuzzy. I had business at the American Consulate around the corner, so the location was perfect. This is 100% not a luxury hotel, as you might believe it to be, judging from their website. The room felt dirty. The fixtures are old. The internet was weaker than dial-up. And the "business center" is a single... More
