Its an OK hotel in Casablanca. A little expensive for the offering.... a decent bar, however the better option for food is in the neighborhood. Some excellent places filled with locals just 10's of meters away. WiFi in the room was intermittent at best.... Regarding smoking, Morocco is still smoking heaven, a bastion! I think there are better options.....

Most relevant item: Internet connection rarely works. And when it works, the speed is extremely low. This is simply unacceptable for such level of Hotel. Another important point: Hotel is old and people in Casablanca uses to smoke a lot. Conclusion: The room (mainly because of the old carpet) smells like cigar. In resume, I would not recommend this Hotel... More

This hotel is overpriced and scuzzy. I had business at the American Consulate around the corner, so the location was perfect. This is 100% not a luxury hotel, as you might believe it to be, judging from their website. The room felt dirty. The fixtures are old. The internet was weaker than dial-up. And the "business center" is a single... More

This was a comfortable hotel, with good service. Staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast and hotel restaurant food are generally uninspiring, but there are plenty of good places to eat in Casablanca.

Stayed in this hotel Sept2014, Room is dreadful, decor is old, dusty and carpets are stained all over but worse beside the bath room. Bathroom is dirty, brown stuff stuck to floor tiles. Beds are ok, and location of hotel is the only good thing. This is very bad value hotel. I could not recommended to anyone to stay here.

Location is not good, Some good places to eat and drink though. Service was not good. Room was small and dirty. Wifi was useless. And help from the reception was so slow. This is not a 4 star hotel.!!

I spent a few days at this hotel for buisness in june 2014. I highly reccommend it. the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. the satff is very helpfull and eager and would warmly recognize within a day. the hotel is conviniently located close to buisnesses buildings and in walking distances to the Market. A Starbucks is right across the... More

The food is terrible; breakfast the worst I ever have in my life. Staff in bad mood all the time; bad willingness to help or to be friendly. Woman in front-desk not prepared to work deal with customers. The concierge deserves a good rating. Room badly distributed. Clean. If you want to pay for a 4 stars hotel and stay... More

Great hotel! I loved the stay. The breakfast is not the best but it's ok, and the room is really good, big bed, hot water, tv. Just be careful because sometimes people enter your room even tough you asked for privacy. But that was the only problem. We really enjoyed it. :)

Although I did not very much enjoy my first stay I came again for a training that was organized in the hotel. I thought the good location, in front of Starbucks, will make me re accept their service and tired hotel rooms. This time the hotel was even worse than last time. I looked around for another hotel where I... More
