I left my room to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. When I got back to my room, after being away for about 1 hour, my Iphone was missing and also 100 dolar from my wallet. I asked the staff for help, and not only they didn't help at all, but also treated me in a very offensive way. Despite... more

Rooms with view on the Mosquée are nice but very noisy ( on the street ) even from 14th floor. Ask a room behind ( view on the twn towers ). 2 CK underwear were stolen ( not the first time ) Carefully check your laundry. I would not recommand this hotel. more

We had to stay here through a group booking, otherwise having read the previous reviews would have avoided this place. Unfriendly, impersonal and very, very noisy in a streetfront room. The view of the Mosque was the only redeeming feature. Within a couple of minutes of checking in, we had a visit from the Security Manager accusing us of having... more

We stayed at this hotel for two nights upon our arrival to Morocco. We had chosen this hotel because it was the hotel used by our organized tour in Morocco. The building itself looks quite modern, and the public areas like the lobby, the breakfast area, the pool, and the bar on the top are very well maintained. However, the... more

I have stayed here twice more since last year. Why oh why are the staff so utterly unfriendly. Everything is a hassle for them. Now I can add that the hotel wireless does not work in the rooms so you have to go to the bar or reception. What a joke! The breakfasts have slipped as well - ordinary at... more

This hotel has very very little to commend it. What follows is a list of the things which really really annoyed me in the first couple of hours: * unsmiling and rather curt staff * extremely loud building work (hammering and drilling) going on in the next room to ours at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. After 15 minutes or... more

Great location, you can walk to the trendy shopping part, or to the medina or even to the port area... that's all there is about this pale and unstylish hotel in casablanca. The rooms are OK, but the beds are not comfortable, the breakfast is poor and their lunch is terrible. Their staff is nice, their mint tea is good... more

During a business trip to Casablanca a room was booked for me in the Idou Anfa. The hotel is basically what you would expect from an Ibis in Europe, only with slightly bigger rooms, The room I got was in quite bad shape though especially the bathroom. No cockroaches though which I had in other hotels in Morocco three times... more

Just spent 2 nights here at the start & end of a round-Morroco trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Views are of the pool or city/streets. The pool view room was quieter and more pleasant view. Enjoyed a huge buffet dinner (changing menu each night meant escape from Moroccan staple Tajine & CousCous !) & breakfast was nice... more
