Every time I m in Casablanca I give me the luxury to stay in Kenzi Basma Hotel, a very good hotel by any point of view. The staff is very polite and speak any language and rooms are large and comphortable. Some room have an extraordinary view on Hassan II Mosque and the old medina. Rooms are large and has... More

Shortly after we went to our room and the male staff just left, someone was unlocking the door from outside. It was a housekeeping lady who speaks no English. I wondered why she couldn't knock on the door. We have no clue what she was talking about with the hand gestures. She left and came back again with 2 shampoo... More

I stayed here for 2 nights during a business trip to casablanca! It may seem nice as it is in the city center, but the traffic is a real nightmare!! I even had to leave my taxi to grab the tram to be on time! The staff is helpful, the breakfast really average and there was no wifi in my... More

I stayed here last night again on one of my regular trips to Casablanca. As always, reception was a breeze, they even filled in the forms for us - all we had to do was sign. The terms of our deal were explained to us politely, that we had the room and WiFi, but no free breakfast. Our 7th floor... More

Wifi only at the reception and nothing in the rooms. Nice big building in good location but this hotel really needs a good refurbishing. Carpet smells, curtains are worn out. Toilet and bathroom however was well maintained.

Kenzi Basma is located in the center of Casablanca city. Close to best shopping and entertainment places. Rooms are with just basic stuff and the worst breakfast I ever had in any hotel. Anyway this was a business trip and I was away almost whole day and this place is not bad for a peaceful night sleep.

This can't be a 4 stars hotel. It is very worn out. Definitely it needs renovation and it seems that some rooms are undergoing renovation. The location is convenient, the food in the restaurant is not bad. The room size is the smallest among the hotels I have stayed in Morocco. This is arranged by the travel agency for the... More

Rooms are Spacious and comfortable Hotel is relatively old and taxis are not easily available Wi-fi connectivity is decently good Service is good Near city center and walking distance from local market Tramway station is also close-by Breakfast buffet is good but a-la-carte menu is a bit expensive Decently good for business travellers
