I travelled for business to the Hyatt, and as a solo female traveller i found the place not only a small piece of luxury but also very accomodating and friendly for a single traveller. The rooms are large and well equiped and the hotel facilities are excellent. The only downside is at it comes at a price compaired with some... more

Stayed for 3 nights in May for a conference. the lobby is nice, reception clerks are smiling and helpful. the room is not very big but has most of the needed amneties. i had food ordered and although simply a sandwich it was fresh and tasty. The main problem is the location, the view is actually that of the poor... more

Contrary to previous reviewers mine was not a club level room. While the room is indeed clean it is in need of a refurbish. The windows in my first room didn't close properly, making the room very noisy. I was then offered a room facing the other way (no fuss but no apologies either). This room, like the original one,... more

I stayed in Hyatt Regency Casablanca during the last wk of May . Its a shiny glass building , location is very central, in the midst of the financial district. the sea isnt far away and u can see it along with the minaret of the Grand Mosque from the hotelroom window. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms really clean... more

A group of us spent two nights at the Hyatt which for a large chain hotel treated us as if it we a small boutique hotel. The service makes up for the impersonal character of the hotel. Once you pass through the airport style security, which is a bit of a downer, you are received with a friendly warm smile.... more

The hotel where I stayed seemed different than the previous reviews. We stayed in the Hyatt Regency on our first and last nights in Morocco, We were met at the airport at 8am by an A6 Audi. We were offered cold fresh squeezed orange juice and pastry. Yes there was a lot of security, but nothing compared to our exit... more

Everything about the Hyatt is overrated, except perhaps the location. Our room was bizararrely designed. The toilet was separate from the rest of the bathroom, which is nice, but it was so small you had to stand on the toilet to get the door open. The shower/bath was separated from the bedroom by partial glass doors, so steam and noise... more

I have stayed over a month in this hotel. Positives: - Large room with new furniture - Large LCD screen in room - Clean hotel and rooms - Good and large bathroom - Close to train station Negatives: - Internet is very expensive (40$ a day) - Breakfast buffet not of good money value (33$ and a small selection, same... more

On arrival (after a 40 minute drive from the airport) I was a little bit perturbed by the number of security guards on duty (I counted eight between the pavement and check in, along with an airport style walk through metal detector) but these are dangerous times and it is better to be safe than sorry. Once inside the hotel... more

We stayed here for one night before heading out to Fes the next morning. The room was a decent size; more in line with a typical American-sized hotel room. It had a separate tub and shower in the bathroom. The room was recently refurbished since the carpet still smelled strongly of rubber. We had a nice and very comfortable double... more
