The room was fine (but the A/C wasn't as good as I would have expected), the location was good, the room was reasonably large and clean, blah, blah, blah. The hotel was like a typical big-name, big-city European or North American chain (e.g. Marriott, Hilton, Mercure, etc.). Functional, pricey, but without local charm. Which, admittedly, was fine for the purposes... more

The staff was great to me and my room was immaculate... Maybe not the newest ever but nothing bad to note.... At least the hotel provided some ambiance and moroccan feel... The Sheraton and the Hyatt are basically on same street both a block away in opposite directions.... the Sheraton was more expensive and the hyatt was MUCH more expensive...... more

I stayed whole week in Hyatt Regency Casablanca (anyway a very nice hotel) then I booked 1 night on saturday at Le Royal Mansour - just for trying it - it was a big mistake. I stayed in Hyatt in the morning on saturday, I got sick, wanted to leave earlier home so I wanted to cancel my stay in... more

Stayed at this hotel for one week on a business trip, and couldn't have been more disappointed. I chose this hotel having stayed at the Sheraton on my last trip and being disappointed with it - Le Royal Mansour is supposed to be the nicest hotel in Casablanca. What a mistake. It's apparently 5 stars, but that must be on... more

Check-in was easy and efficient and the concierge was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful anf very complete. However the room was in urgent need of renovation. The air conditioning didn't work, so either we covered with the thick comforter and felt very hot or we removed it and felt very cold. The towels needed to be replaced by... more

Having just flown in from Madrid - Barajas with easyjet to Casablanca for a night of luxury and elegance at the legendary Le Royal Mansour Meridien Hotel. The check-in was very much memorable with a lighter side to it. However the check-in was fast and friendly with real keys provided instead of the more usual key card! The entrance is... more

during our 11 day stay in morocco, we stayed here twice due to our flights coming/leaving from casablanca. the first time was good. they allowed us to check in very early (9am) and had our room ready. the hotel is large and decorated accordingly. the rooms are a good size and bedding is comfortable. bathroom is good, proper shower and... more

I stayed here for 4 nights with my girlfriend. She was on a business visit and I was meeting her before we left together for the Atlas Mountains. I would NOT rate this a 5 star hotel as in the New York - London - Paris standards. There were some shortcomings with the service. We had to repeatedly ask for... more

Slept one night in this hotel on arrival from Amsterdam (and before starting our tour to the King Cities). Great rooms, spacious, proper desk for working (although we didn't need that) and no noise when window closed. (Loads of traffic noise when open: but good isolated). Ideal to stroll around the neighbourhood. 24 hours 'Cafe de France' around the corner... more
