Sheraton has a name in itself & Sheraton Casablanca lives up to it. Traditional welcome greets you the moment you enter. The rooms are spacious clean & well kept. The staff is courteous & mostly english speaking ( trust me communication is a Big problem in Casablanca as mostly everyone speaks French & Arabic, English is rarely spoken) The hotel... more

Pleasant enough in an anonymous way. Rather plain hotel with average rooms and all just a tad faded. Check in and out pleasant and speedy enough but not very busy - more a business hotel. Restaurant food very average even with Moroccan speciality of tagine. Breakfast in small 12th floor breakfast room very disappointing and was entirely bland with very... more

Proper five class: good facilties, good restaurants, excelent room service and comfy bed and bathroom. Internet access is very pricey (about $18 a day) and a can of Coke form the minibar costs $5! About 5 miunutes form the train station and five mintes frm the Medina. Ony issues I have is that the pool was a not available, that... more

I stayed at the Sheraton Casablanca for five days and I think one other reviewer said that it was great for Morocco and adequate for elsewhere - I agree with that. The room was adequate but really needed a good airing - it smelled and was very dusty - wish I had been able to open the window. At least... more

I attended a conference in Casablanca, it was a lovely stay. The hotel is a bit further away from the heart of the city but it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel has all the amenities that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel (and in the hotel). The room... more

I'm pleased to see customer service alive and well in the Sheraton Casablanca. The room was clean and well equipped. The plasma screen TV showed programmes in many different langauges. Room Service was swift and delicious. All members of staff are well-trained and speak English. I was on the Tower Floor and the Business Lounge was clean and comfortable. I... more

I stayed at the Sheraton during a business trip to Casablanca in mid April. First impressions were good. Smart entrance into an atmospheric lobby. Interesting security arrangements whereby even though I set off the metal detector after a split second explanation that I had a mobile phone in my pocket I was waved through. (I assume these are in place... more

The Sheraton Casablanca is a very good business and leisure hotel right in the centre of the city. It has a discreet "Morocco touch" despite being part of the Sheraton chain. My room was spacious with very minor signs of ageing, all amenities and room facilities were working without any trouble and made the stay very comfortable. Wireless internet in... more

I have stayed in just about every 5 star hotel in Morocco, and bar the Mamounia in Marrakech which I dont consider a business hotel, more of a classic, the Sheraton is the only one that can do customer service. The hotel has changed dramatically since I was last there in 2000. From the genuine welcome from concierge and reception,... more
