Stayed here with family and friends for a night in April, checked in late at night and received a very warm welcome from the lovely staff. Rooms are nicely designed and in excellent condition with very comfortable beds. Overall, we had an excellent short stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again for our next visit to... More

This is a very convenient hotel. Very close to the cruise port and also very close to the central bazaar. The staff is great offering assistances and advice. The hotel has a restaurant which offers local dishes which are quite delicious. Recommend this place if you are not into 5 stars but want a clean place to lay your head.

When you are on the business trip, one of things you must have is a powerful connection to net. Hassle free of email browsing and facetime with my family is a must. Rooms were clean but a bit old. The receptionist and people in the cafe were very friendly.

We stayed in this hotel for one day. This hotel is very outdated everthing is just average. Nothing is that beautiful which makes you feel good. It doesn't meet the needs of a four star. Smoking smell in the room. Room is very hot. Bath tub is very old. Everything in the hotel lift, carpet, beds ,curtains and all the... More

I get to the hotel and my confirmed and paid online reservation was cancelled. The rate had changed, the room was still available, but payment had to be in cash only. This hotel is managed by crooks. The only reason given for the cancellation is an internal document. What a great service their doing to Moroccan tourism!!!

We only stayed one night. The hotel is a little outdated but very clean,The porter helped with the luggage from the car to the small lobby. The reception staff are very friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Well located, walking distance to the Hassan II mosque and the medina. The breakfast is expensive but there is a good restaurant... More

Right next to the central square in Casablanca, four-minute walk from the Old Medina, Casa Port train station, restaurants and night clubs, bars, pretty much everything you might want in the middle of town. While hotel itself is not brand new, it was kept up nicely. Bathrooms were clean and serviced daily, floor staff were friendly and efficient. Reception staff... More

I stayed here for 1 week when attending a conference nearby, the location is great, close to souk, walking distance to old medina and Hassan II mosque with plenty of places to eat out at nearby. I had hotel breakfast one day in hotel but its not much choice, tea and coffee was cold and it was very expensive considering... More

Very plain room, dated decor both in room and common area, small lobby and elevators. The hotel had a valet service and parking which was nice. We did not have the breakfast at 90 MAD. However, the hotel was very nicely located (down the street from the Sofitel) and walking distance to the medina, the Hassan II mosque and some... More

We stayed here for two nights. Great location, but very old fashioned hotel. Close to the UN square, medina, tram station, port train station... I loved the elevator with "oldies goldies" music playing (typical for many places in Morrocco). In need of some renovation. Room (8th floor, looking towards the west) was quite large, with large window and open view... More
