I get to the hotel and my confirmed and paid online reservation was cancelled. The rate had changed, the room was still available, but payment had to be in cash only. This hotel is managed by crooks. The only reason given for the cancellation is an internal document. What a great service their doing to Moroccan tourism!!!

We only stayed one night. The hotel is a little outdated but very clean,The porter helped with the luggage from the car to the small lobby. The reception staff are very friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Well located, walking distance to the Hassan II mosque and the medina. The breakfast is expensive but there is a good restaurant... More

Right next to the central square in Casablanca, four-minute walk from the Old Medina, Casa Port train station, restaurants and night clubs, bars, pretty much everything you might want in the middle of town. While hotel itself is not brand new, it was kept up nicely. Bathrooms were clean and serviced daily, floor staff were friendly and efficient. Reception staff... More

I stayed here for 1 week when attending a conference nearby, the location is great, close to souk, walking distance to old medina and Hassan II mosque with plenty of places to eat out at nearby. I had hotel breakfast one day in hotel but its not much choice, tea and coffee was cold and it was very expensive considering... More

Very plain room, dated decor both in room and common area, small lobby and elevators. The hotel had a valet service and parking which was nice. We did not have the breakfast at 90 MAD. However, the hotel was very nicely located (down the street from the Sofitel) and walking distance to the medina, the Hassan II mosque and some... More

We stayed here for two nights. Great location, but very old fashioned hotel. Close to the UN square, medina, tram station, port train station... I loved the elevator with "oldies goldies" music playing (typical for many places in Morrocco). In need of some renovation. Room (8th floor, looking towards the west) was quite large, with large window and open view... More

This hotel was just what we needed for a cheep last night in Casablanca. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, wifi worked, etc. Nothing special, though. After staying in so many family hotels and riads across Morocco, it was hard to get excited about a standard Best Western. Nonetheless, the location is ideal.

A small hotel in the heart of Casa. Walking distance to the old area, and to the tramway. The hotel is old in all aspects, but is offering a good room with nice bed. Breakfast is very poor, can have the same in any of the close-by coffee shops for a fraction of the cost. Wifi service is good in... More

Great location downton, with less than average service and a big room. The hotel is more than old-fashioned, it is just plain old. The breakfast area, for instance, is in terrible condition. The room was spacious and in a better shape than the common areas. Internet access was intermitable. Our experience with the staff was far from the best. We... More

Hotel was fine........location is good....my only complaint is that there was a time change, which apparently happens 4 or 5 times a year, and the hotel staff decided it was not necessary to let their guests know!! It was only by chance we found out and it created an immense amount of stress as we were going to the airport... More
