The Gray Boutique hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. The hotel has a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. My room was very spacious and fairly well equipped. The service was efficient and friendly. The staffs were lovely and helpful. The spa was very impressive. The masseurs were very professional. After a long journey the spa was worth a visit. The... At the end of our holiday in Morocco we were looking for a room prior to our flight the next day and after 10 days or so of interesting, but often cold rooms, we were ecstatic to find this modern, little hotel full of all mod cons and brilliantly warm. On arrival in our dusty car, the doormen could not... More

Been to Casablanca in many hotels, Gray boutique hotel is the one I prefered. I was in an executive suite, the suite was nice and clean. Breakfast was good with fresh pastries. If you like to rest in Casablanca, Gray boutique hotel is a nice place to go. Moreover, you can enjoy the expensive spa (1h30 in the spa is... More

The Gray Boutique Hotel is in a quiet street in Casa - not all taxi's know it so a map and/or hotel card is helpful. It's quite an easy walk to the old town and many central sites. The hotel rooms/suites are large and comfortable and include a small kitchen, fridge etc. The hotel spa is excellent with a hammam... More

The staff is very friendly, and will go out of their way indeed to suit your needs. When asking for directions to a nearby restaurant, we were guided out on the street, where directions, descriptions and recommendations were given for the nearby restaurants. We stayed for one night only, and are as I'm writing this waiting in the lobby for... More

Most of the staff is friendly and helps where they can. The floors in the whole hotel were too dark. The room 308 was nice with good amount of space. TV was working fine, but the picture quality was not good. Room service was relatively quick and the food (chicken kebab) was good. Breakfast is suppose to be served starting... More

We stayed 4 weeks in this hotel while waiting for our furnitures to arrive from abroad. The hotel is well located in Racine neighborhood. The decoration is nice as well as the room but this is it. The poorest service I have ever seen in a self declared 5 stars. I selected this hotel because we were staying for a... More

Always dark, often to the point where you cannot see. Smell either of perfume or crap combined with perfume. Not the cleanest of hotels, but not THAT dirty. Tiny tiny beds. why does this need to take up 200 characters??
