The room was decorated in a very Moroccan/Arabian nights type theme with a canopy over the bed, which we enjoyed. The room faced a busy street and had a small balcony to step outside but was quiet inside the room; also clean and room service left towels in animal shapes on our bed. The bed was comfortable. The doorman was... More

Food was terrible. Service was terrible- staff were rude and disrespectful. Services were non- existent. Standards were not as stated. The only good thing about staying here was the free wifi, otherwise I would have rather have pitched up a tent!

Dear Guest , And readers of TripAdvisor: We unfortunately face sometimes face this kind of problem: guests claiming that the hotel’s very dirty and unpleasant , while they didn’t make any comment or claim while they were present in the hotel . The reality’s some websites show a low price which doesn’t include taxes paid in the hotel: it’s written... More

If the staff at the desk looks like they need a shower, that is a bad sign. The room was OK but strangely decorated, especially the beds. It seemed clean though and we stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was nice but the service was terrible. The women in charge of making omelets and pancakes was more interested in her... More

You don't go to Casablanca for the romance Bogart and Bergman, or the gritty experience of souks or Kasbahs. Casablanca is a modern city with a great nightlife. With this in mind, Moroccan House was an affordable quick stop-over on our way through Morocco. We stopped there when we arrived and stayed there again the night before our departure flight.... More

This was the first place we stayed on arriving in Morocco. Our room was somewhat clean and comfortable and we were high enough to be away from the street noise. The décor is a bit over the top but will give you an immediate infusion of Moroccan styles. Breakfast was the highlight of this hotel, delicious and plentiful. Service was... More

We stayed at the Moroccan House Hotel in Casablanca as a one-night stopover on our way to Marrakech, and I'm very glad we did! The decorations and authentic Moroccan styles are absolutely gorgeous. I felt like I was staying in a palace, or something! The beds were moderately comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. The shower curtain didn't... More

We just stayed here one night before heading to the airport in Casablanca to return home. First, the only thing to do in Casablanca is to go to the Hassan II Mosque (which is amazing) so one night is plenty of time in that city. The decor in the hotel was atrocious, really it gave us a good laugh. I... More

The entire hotel was memorable. The doorman was so lovely despite his lack of English. He was at all times so helpful. The reception staff extremely obliging and domestic staff also. The breakfast was in a very Moroccan setting and staff also very helpful and lovely to chat to. They would call out to me in the street or market... More
