On arrival at the airport, I would echo comments around passport control and the unnecessary delays here and the 'smiles' that welcome you into the country! You are hassled as you get through by guys wanting to take your luggage a few metres out to the transfer coaches - I would resist this and go it alone! After a short... more

We stayed at this hotel the week commencing the 6th to the 13th July. The hotel itself was well presented, spacious and comfortable, dont compare it to a 5* hotel in Europe or the US or Asia, but by Morrocan standards it very good and we certainly were not disappointed. On the food front both me and my husband were satisfied generally,... more

We stayed at the Royal Atlas hotel for a week and the hotel was lovely. Very modern and clean and the room was lovely and spacious with a big bed and big bathroom all of which was very clean and tidy. You dont have to worry about rushing out in the early hours of the morning to get sunbeds, we... more

This hotel had a great location, we were tempted to stay at the sofitel but glad we didnt, despite the sofitel being a lovely hotel its location was not great. . The Royal Atlas had impressive interior and a lovely relaxed feel. . The staff were friendly and helpfull and very polite. . . We did not upgrade our room... more

Beautiful hotel, great swimming pool, lovely rooms, it all changes from there.Gastly food every day that was only just warm. it seemed to be aimed towardsthe french and moroccan guests, who were not all inclusive. we and all we talked to that were all inclusive were made to feel a class below the other guests,it may be because money was... more

Where do I start! Having looked at this review page for a few months before our trip, I was starting to become increasingly nervous to say the least! I am pleased to say that most of the bad reviews, in my eyes are completely unfounded! The service is excellent, the waiters are friendly and made lots of time for my... more

Just so you know I'm not a moody traveller I always try to see the best in people and places but that was just too difficult at the Royal Atlas... The service could honestly try the patience for a saint! I'll start with the positives: The room was amazing, clean and huge! The bed was honestly one of the best... more

Great hotel, lovely layout with a lovely pool always full of adorable families. The rooms were a little cramped and not to sound proof. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the day and sitting on te balcony at night. The food was awful though and dont leave any food around cos the ants will swarm in seconds. it was... more

The hotel is clean and nice, the staff are rude, unfriendly. Will not make eye contact. Service is apalling. They clearly feel that all inclusive means we are getting everything free and they will therefore make sure we get as little as possible. IT IS NOT all included. PRICES for what is not included are astronomical. 1 local gin &... more
