Staff helpful and friendly. Tip £1 at mealtimes/bar makes a massive difference to them. They look after you 100% to be grateful. Even if you don't tip they treat you well but it does make a difference. Entertainment staff work tirelessly (Ramadan too so no water all day!) very friendly and funny. Entertainment was funny on the evening- catered well... More

Just returned from Caibbean Village Agador in Morocco. Was a bit apprehensive after reading reviews on here. Well we had a good week. The room was very comfortable and clean. Pool area was good and staff very friendly. Yes there is a lot of steps but the hotel is on a slight hillside. Concerns were 1. Wifi was hit and... More

This is a great hotel. Excellent value for money. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were clean and a good size. No issues at all. The hotel staff are very helpful and work very hard to accommodate your needs. The pool is a good size and the animation staff work hard to help people enjoy their holiday. Nice... More

We really enjoyed our stay of one week in June. It was a very relaxed holiday, the staff were lovely and after tipping them they catered for your every need. The place was spotless and the food was lovely. My only complaint of the whole week was that there are no diet drinks on the all inclusive deal, I know... More

We really enjoyed our stay of one week in June, and cant really understand the negative reviews I read before booking. Yes the rooms are a bit dated but our twin room had everything we needed and was kept clean on a daily basis. The main dining buffet area had a good selection of food with lots of salads which... My friend and I stayed at the Caribbean Village in Agador from 13 to 20 June and it cost us under 400 quid each including airport transfers by taxi, from Alpha rooms. After reading some reports on TA I wasn't expecting much, but it was a nice surprise. There are ATMs at the airport, so no need to take Dirhams... More

we had worst holidays ever in this resort. very very very slippery surfaces throughout whole hotel, I've slipped three times :/ I'm very lucky I haven't fractured any limbs! Lobby and main restaurant are literally like ice rinks! Food - below average. Edible but, you'd be better off eating outside the hotel. Rooms - air con didnt work, heater didn't... More

Straight to the point we had a great time. Clean nice rooms, all the complex was clean and had lovely gardens. Typical all inclusive food always found something we liked. Breakfast good but no bacon. Omelettes and fried eggs good. Six themed restaurants are definitely worth a try. Japanese, Chinese, Moroccan, steak, pizza and fish. Lunch outside the pizza restaurant... More
