i cant see how people could have faulted this hotes so much. the staff were so brilliant, especially the animation team who work ridiculously hard. with a choice of several swimming pools we found it easy to escape from the noisy guests. yes there are a fair few steps, but also disabled access to most areas, and lifts in reception.... more
