Not really sure where to start from, it was that bad!! Just got back and was there for 10 days. I'll be honest when I read the "bad" reviews I genuinely thought that people were overreacting and it couldn't be that bad. However after having been there myself I can confirm that our experience was dreadful and I will genuinely... More

Just got back, had an amazing time! I was worried about going after reading so many bad reviews about the hotel and it's staff. I needn't have as the staff were amazing and the atmosphere was great..they all work so hard to make the guests holiday as enjoyable as possible. The food we thought was lovely although repetitive which is... More

After reading many numerous negative comments I was expecting the worse but the hotel is lovely, extremely clean, food was lovely and so were the staff. There was plenty of variety in food and it was all extremely tasty. The pool was very nice nd there was always plenty of sun loungers around the pool. The rooms may look dated... More

I travelled with a group of friends to this hotel. The location was good within walking distance for the beach and souk. The hotel is run down but clean with lots of steps so not ideal for people with walking difficulties but the gardens are lovely. The beach has a sectioned off area with loungers and broken parasols but nothing... More

There is unlimited free Wi-Fi in public areas Short walk to both beach and shops Quiet and calm hotel There is an ATM and... More

Hotel is basic but good. 5 mins walk away from the beach, shops, restaurants etc., good sized rooms and clean. The all inclusive drinks selection isn't great but when you're paying about £20 a day its still good value for money. Food is basic but we never went hungry. Opposite the kings palace so feels really safe. Some room for... More

It's a bit shabby hotel with towels with holes, but the air-conditioning was working. Dinner was good and various. It's quite close to the beach. Wi-fi is moody. I was on an organized trip and we came at 10 o'colck. We were promised to be checked-in at 12.30, but nobody cared. I got my room at about 14.

I spent there 2 separate nights, this is quite old hotel with a lot to maintain, especially bathroom - maybe not dirty but looked not fresh and old. First night everything went right, but I saw in bathroom the biggest cockroach in my life. In second room door handle came off, and sink drain was clogged. Food in this hotel... More

I travelled with a friend, and didn't have high expectations of the hotel - we've stayed in cheap hotels since we're students. We saw the four star rating, but thought we should expect a three star hotel - this was overoptimistic. The hotel is, at best, a two star, which many aspects which you just simply would not get at... Just had a week at les omayades hotel , despite the poor reviews we found i it to be a clean well located hotel , I agree it is starting to look a bit tired in places , but the gardens and rooms were well looked after , it's traditional Moroccan food so if your wanting chips and full English...
