Had read some bad reviews about this hotel so went there with an open mind. There seemed to be quite a few problems when we arrived, no rooms for people and reception was in a complete muddle but we did eventually get our room key. We had to find the room ourselves and be aware the hotel is built on... More

We arrived at this hotel after booking a package holiday through 'on the beach' at noon, when we arrived we were told by the receptionist that the company who on the beach booked the hotel through had went into administration and that although they had my booking, until on the beach contacted them to confirm payment I would not get... the staff were rude and unhelpful, the food appalling, this hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed in. The towels were grey and smelly, there were cats in the dining room and the waiters went on strike for two days, although this was probably a blessing as they were so rude.

After reading the reviews on here I was worried. We are not the kind of moan moan holidaymakers that often complain but do have to say.... we returned a few days ago from a 2 week all inclusive stay. Positives: rooms are clean and bedding is changed every day; bar staff & waiters are great & want to help and... More

The worst hotel ever, pool is tiny, looks big in the pics, but is very small, dirty & dangerous for kids. (Kids pool has a bridge over the water which is do low, kids will bang there head). The food is extremely bad. Raw meat, & limited selection. I'm in reception writing this review, been here 3 days all inclusive, got... More

Not really sure where to start from, it was that bad!! Just got back and was there for 10 days. I'll be honest when I read the "bad" reviews I genuinely thought that people were overreacting and it couldn't be that bad. However after having been there myself I can confirm that our experience was dreadful and I will genuinely... More

Just got back, had an amazing time! I was worried about going after reading so many bad reviews about the hotel and it's staff. I needn't have as the staff were amazing and the atmosphere was great..they all work so hard to make the guests holiday as enjoyable as possible. The food we thought was lovely although repetitive which is... More

After reading many numerous negative comments I was expecting the worse but the hotel is lovely, extremely clean, food was lovely and so were the staff. There was plenty of variety in food and it was all extremely tasty. The pool was very nice nd there was always plenty of sun loungers around the pool. The rooms may look dated... More
