The last three day of our trip did look great. On the web site we've seen pictures of Ksar Massa and it looked very promising. But...When we arrived in the completely empty place, deserted is maybe a better term, we couldn't believe our eyes. We rented an apartment that was in the middle of some contraction site. What the site... More

We stayed here on Christmas Eve after doing some research and thankfully finding they had availability! We were shown several rooms, opting for one on the front with a little bridge over to a private terrace overlooking the sea. We checked in, relaxed a while by the stunning pool and then headed off for a hammam - all very relaxing.... More

We had read the reviews of this hotel on trip advisor and we had set our expectations accordingly low - though not low enough it transpires. Of the four hotels we stayed in during our short trip to Morocco this hotel was the most expensive and moreover the worst by some way. Supper was probably the low point. The choice... More

We booked 4 days by the sea, the location was brilliant, the rest is another story, we wanted peace no t.v. etc., the managment need to sort themselves out, our two rooms had only 4 electric points, none in the bathroom. the floor rugs came with holes, We come from northen europe, to expect us to sit in our rooms... Not cheap - but a wonderful oasis. Perfect service, wonderful rooms/appartments, great food, amazing view, superbe location. And the best: Away from all those tourists and merchants.

We chose this hotel specially to see the birds which were a great disappointment as they have moved upriver due to the salination of the reserve. The hotel on the whole was satisfactory:: the rooms have a fanstastic view, the food and service were good, although it is extremely expensive for what is on offer, particularly as everything in the... The worst service I have ever had the misfortune to waste my hard earned money on. (I have so far travelled through nearly 50 countries with business and pleasure) Houcine, the manager, is a liar and will do everything to trick you into parting with money. The food is appaling. I had food poising on the first evening from the... More

We first were abaffled by the recent negative critics we read upon the place and as a consequence, were a bit woried. Then we arrived at this fantasticaly beautifully located place and loved it on first sight. The price certainly is way too high for Morrocco, even for such a wonderfull place, and the owner surely makes very high margins.... More

We spent the five nights over Christmas at the Ksar Massa and felt that the hotel was very overpriced for what we got. We were on a half board basis and found the breakfast of breads, preserves, cheese etc. very unimaginative and boring. The evening meals, although a set menu, was good quality food and very well presented. We weren't... More
