This would have been an adequate place--at half the price. The room was nice enough, but the pool area was shabby [peeling paint]. Half of the chaise lounges were broken, and the pads were as thin as a towel. The food was good but not especially spectacular, and the dining areas were 'rustic' [i.e. uncomfortable}. We stayed for 2 nights in November and were very sorry to leave the Ksar Massa- yes it is a bit expensive but we felt it was worth it.
