Stayed over Christmas 2014 and had a great time. I only had an apartment as I like to eat out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar actually has the cheapest beer. Lot of choice for places to eat and drink suiting all budgets, the beach is a short walk. The pool area is very clean with a... More

The pool was to cold to swim in, the breakfast was poorly. We had dinner in the restaurant the first night, but it was not good or worth the money, so we did not eat dinner there any other nights. The beds where a little bit to hard. The impression was that it HAS been a good hotel, but those... More

My Sister and I just returned from the Anezi. The hotel was very quiet but that was fine by us. Staff: Excellent, we could not fault anyone. Reception, pool bar, main bar, restaurant, maids and porters. All helpful and very friendly. All inclusive: limited drink options at set times. But then were not big drinkers. Rooms: We rejected rooms on... More

Many reviews are negative towards anezi. I went with my bestfriend for 6 nights, rooms were decent slightly old fashioned not too bad. Maids were friendly and done a good job cleaning, abdul and one other staff member were very friendly too. We had a good holiday, werent in the hotel as much but did not enjoy the buffet, food... the location is great, the apartments are run down, fridge is 30 years old, no broom in the kitchen. The housekeeping is a pure catastrophe, they never cleaned the bathroom nor shower and the towels were never refilled, they disturbed you to pick up towels and returned only half, we were 6 persons with 4 towels! The receptionist were not... More

Food plentiful but basic. Reception desk understaffed and only one person spoke competent English. No towels after day 3. On the good side the hotel is very near the beach and in-house the Argan oil massage I paid for was brilliant! Erlebnis tours, the local budget tout operator at the foot of the steps leading to the beach was good... More

This hotel is really terrible ! We came here and the staff didnt even welcome us. They where really unfriendly. Then we went for some food and that was terrible too , it was cold and almost all the food had no taste or tasted just like water. The rooms need to be updated asap. Old tvs, dirty bathrooms (... I went here for a week on a supposed 'all inclusive' basis with 4 friends of mine. it was our first holiday together in 10 years. It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and we paid 4 Star prices to stay here (about £800 each). It was a negative experience right from the moment we arrived. We got... More

Our party was placed here on a 11 day trip to agdair beginning of august after our holiday company messed up our reservation at another agadir hotel. We was 'upgraded' to this four star hotel. Reception staff rude and very unhelpful! Although the odd couple always greated with a smile. Money excahnge facilties rediculous opened when they wanted and never... More
