I was here for over 3 weeks. Much of what you think of this hotel depends on what room you get. Some get little or no daylight and have no outside space whereas others have stunning views and sunny terraces (although only the top floors have their own terrace - most are shared). They are good about moving you if... More

This was our first visit to Morocco and was my daughters favourite holiday :) The hotel itself is in lovely Moroccan style and yes it is a little dated it's not the ritz but in my opinion when I travel around the world I like to experience there style and culture. We got a fantastic deal here for 10 days... More

Avoid this hotel in winter. The rooms are very cold and the dampness makes it even worse. The included breakfast buffet cosists of cold beans, fried tomatoes and rice. Stale bread and poor service. The staff is trying their best, but this place is pitiful and outdated in so many ways. The surrounding area to the hotel is shabby and... More

I was unsure what I thought when I first arrived as I was disappointed with the room and I was right to be! The music from the local bars till 3am, my own collection of ants and no cover for bathroom window to name some of the issues. The following day we requested a room change and what a difference!... Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff, but boy was it cold in the evenings and early morning. It was the first time I had ever sat in a hotel dining room with my coat on - and I wasn't the only one. The food was lukewarm but fortunately there was a microwave so breakfast and dinner were plated and... More

Hotel looked amazing from the outside when we arrived at night - almost thought we had the wrong address. Upon entering the place it was extremely noisy (loud music and dancing next to reception meant it was impossible to speak to one another, let alone hear what the receptionist was saying) which is not what we wanted after spending 10... Well just come back from this hotel and its a lot better than some people describe it on here. The rooms are basic but are cleaned daily, the staff are friendly and help in any way they can. There are 2 pools and both were cleaned every morning. I was half board and the meals were very edible, breakfast had... More

You get what you pay for with this hotel. Our room was big and clean but very basic ( this is what I expected for the price). Perfect for sleep over for a couple of nights but load of steps to get to the rooms. The location of this hotel is excellent, it's very close all the entertainment, the staff... More
