The room was very pleasant, always cleaned to a good standard on a daily basis, fresh towels etc balcony where we could see the beach, very romantic. Even had a channel on the tv showing all english speaking movies, for those time the girlfriends swears she will only be five more minutes ;). The staff were very attentive and friendly... More

The hotel is not on the beach front which is only a short walk away. On the beach the hotel has its own roped off private area with plenty of sun loungers. Hotel rooms are in two blocks of 9 (I think) storeys. We were on the first floor so didn't need to use the lift other than when lugging... More

Just returned from a holiday with friends in Agadir, we stayed at the Kenzi Europa. The hotel and grounds are both very well maintained. The grounds are really lovely and were a pleasure to look out on from our balcony. We were on the second floor in building 2, the room beds etc. were spotlessly clean and towels were changed... We visited for a lads holiday for 5 nights, this hotel was situated in the perfect location. The hotel was extremely close to majority of the food places such as McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Bollywood Restaurant(DELICIOUS) and was only 20 dirhams away from other great palce such as Al Baghdadi Cafe at Le Fontain or Marina. Marina was our favourite daily... More

Stayed here for 7 nights in June 2015 and will give a mixed review. Check in ran smoothly but wasn't overly impressed when we were informed that after 10pm we would have to pay for our drinks even though we had chosen the all inclusive option. Our room seemed smaller than we anticipated. The room had an empty fridge and... More

There was a mix of holiday makers from Europe...very few English speakers. It was World Cup so the hotel made sure the big TV screen was on for all visitors. This made for a great atmosphere in the evenings even though they did have their own hotel entertainment which was as you should expect! Breakfast every morning had a man... More

Stayed here for 5 nights. Good location as right on the promenade, very clean and nice pool area. However all this was over shadowed for me by the orange t shirt staff who felt it was there job to be inappropriate and harass any female ranging from 15 to 50. I myself felt very uncomfortable and witnessed other girls put in... More

We found the hotel, pools and dining areas spotlessly clean. The sun loungers are hose pipe cleaned every morning. Activities: The animation team were brilliant and arranged. Water polo, French Bowling, Tennis, Aquagym, Aerobics, Yoga, Darts. Evening entertainment was really good in the lobby area, but was at 9.30pm. Would be better at 9pm for families with children. Pools: Slides... More

My partner and I stayed for 1 week all. inclusive. The food is not excellent but it's fine The hotel has entertainment every night for the kids which is great and we experienced 1 night entertainment for adults with snake charmer and belly dancers! ] The reception staff are nice however the bar tenders are rude at times.
