Me and my partner visited this hotel in July. I have to say it was a great stay, we found it so peaceful and laid back. The room was pretty, clean and had an airy feel. The shower was awesome and very powerful. Beds were comfy and room furniture was great quality. We enjoyed the food but ate out some... More

the parking is "free" but you have to park your car on the street, they gave us 2 terrible rooms, no hot water, and bed sheets in both rooms, no telephone (all rooms lack one), one missing remote for the television and one of the room was missing curtains (so no privacy cuz our room were at the bottom floor)... We stayed at this hotel for a few nights. We only paid £30 a night for all 4 of us with breakfast included. So I obviously didn't have high expectations but when we got there I was quite pleased because I felt it was good value for money. Its a 5 min walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants are... More

Like every hotel you have good and bad staff, to start with don't expect any porters to help assist with your luggages up the stairs they're hired just to show you where your room is. On one occasion the reception staff had refused to give me direction to go to the souk and kept pushing for me to take a... More

When we first came to trivoli on monday the 10th of august many of the staff didnt seem to want to help us and many of them gave wrong direction to us for the beach and souks and for that reason my group got harrassed by alot of the men. The food was decent apart from one night when the... More

Stayed in a 3* last year which was better but the entertainment was not in English at all. This hotel still needs loads of repairs doing. Rooms where clean and towels changed regularly. Food was of good quality but very repetitive. A/I drinks had poor selection only gin, vodka, rum, wine and beer! and are served in small plastic cups. Pool... More

The worst hotel, we have every stayed in, we have visited Morocco 8.Times and unfortunately got recommended this hotel by our travel advisor as it was within budget and last minute. The staff were extremely unfriendly except Aziz on reception. The food was appalling, even though we were all inclusivehad to eat out daily. Drinks are served in plastic cups.... More

On booking my holiday I booked A room with a sea view and a double bed this was confirmed withy agent when I called to inquire this. On arriving, our room was on the ground floor next to a smelly restaurant and had two single beds which I was told Is their double pushed together. We were told by a... More

Our family of 4 ,inc 2 under 7's went on an all inclusive package. The hotel is tired and under invested and is not a 4 star hotel in the European sense of the word . Lovely staff but not a lot of management going on - no one looking out for potential problems - eg. a child nearly drowned... More

We have just spent a week at this hotel from 28th July to 4th August. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but there was no need. We had a great time. The hotel is a 4 star hotel, we booked a family suite. The suite was very spacious, the balcony only small and there was... More
