It is hard to say this is a 4star hotel. Rather away from the beach. Staff speaks poor English. Food acceptable. But if you re late. They do mot replemish the buffet beds are wonderful thogh. And the room is comfortable. Look for amother hotel if you can.

me and my partner stayed here for a week oct 2014.. the room was clean, had an amazing view of the Atlas mountains.. the staff were friendly and the food was nice. Overall the hotel does need some repairs but this was just minor and didn't make a difference to our stay.. I would def stay again in the future.

First of all, remember that if you are considering this hotel, it's likely to be because you are after a cheap holiday....so do not expect anything else ! My family and I have just returned from an amazing two week holiday in Agadir, and found the hotel to be far better than expected having read previous reviews. The staff are... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in late September as a last minute booking to get away from marrakech. The hotel has a 4 star rating but at best I would give it a 2. We were booked for bed and breakfast luckily as the food was so bad that we could only stomach bread and jam for breakfast!! We... More

Hotel Room very 'tired' with door handles loose, toilet rollholders broken no seats on balcony, lift battered and shabby in circulation areas. However, room cleaned and bedding and towels changed daily, so kept clean. Staff friendly and helpful. During the 10 days we spent in hotel, every drink given in a plastic cup apart from morning tea and coffee, which... More

the most terrible food, all inclusive no Gin available, run out of Whiskey was drunk by all the rude and noisy Russians, Food Handling was all done by bare Hands behind and in Front of the Buffets, just a very Basic Cafeteria, rooms a good size but all shows wear and tear

Firstly i will start by saying that this hotel is certainly not a 4*....its a 2* - at a push! We arrived at the hotel and weren't really greeted with any kind of hospitality, we were literally given our room key and told where to go.....we got the impression that they don't like the English as any other person (mostly...
