If you are like me, exhausted after a six months period of hard work and seeking some rest, this is not a hotel for you... Rooms are clean and provide the necessary comfort (but we noticed one cockroach in the bathroom one night – don't go to Agadir (or Morocco) if this would upset you. Staff are helpful as long... more

I read the reports just before we went, and was worried, but I don't know what those moaners were doing, I found completely the opposite. There are a few rough edges, like missing grouting and a broken cupboard door, but on the whole it was a very pleasant stay. The room had plenty of storage, a telly with BBC World... more

You're staying in Morrocco at a budget hotel - right - you're there for the good price, weather, beach, culture - this hotel is therefore very good - rooms are a little outdated but clean, lots of hot water, clean sheets - what more do you want? Food was plentiful, hot food cooked while you wait and good choice. Wine... more

We have been to Morocco before, but decided this time to stay for 2 weeks. we booked the Ramada and wnet all inclusive because the price was very reasonable compared to some of the other hotels in Agadir. The rooms are nice enough and the maid service was excellent. The complex is good, nice pool and well kept gardens. The... more

My friend and I booked this holiday and then looked and the reviews and got very worried. This was all unnecessary, I guess holidays are all down to attitude and we are pretty laid back. My friend and I are in our early thirties and my son is 8. The staff were excellent, read about morrocan culture before you go,... more

The first view of the hotel didn't look too bad and when we were shown to our room all seemed okay, all downhill after that. The food was mostly awful an not hot and when things ran out they were not replaced. Could hardly ever find saucers so mostly had our tea/coffee with just a cup and this was usualy... more

We read all of the reviews before going and were rather worried. As it goes, we had a perfectly nice time. The hotel is a little dated, however it is clean and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We found that politeness on our part and going to the effort to speak a little French went a... more

We booked 2 weeks all inclusive here over New Year and it was horrendous. At first they have us single beds instead of a double, we then had to pay for the remote control for the room, and our all inclusive wasn't sorted without a lot of hassle. The food selection was very poor at breakfast and dinner and catered... more

Just returned to england from agadir, not what we expected from hotel chain ramada, food was bland staff not very interested unless you tipped regular, entertainment pratically non existent, nothing to do, if, weather was bad. morocco has nothing of interest unless you like the atlas mountains of which was the only trip we enjoyed. not a destination we are... more

We had a lovely time at this hotel, but knew what to expect as we had stayed there three years ago. It is not a 5*, but more of a 3* UK rating. However, this is only because the rooms are a bit tatty and could do with a refurb. The staff are very helpful and the food a lot... more
