The hotel has a very low standard. The rooms are dark; the corridors gives the impression of being unsafe and neglected. Food is just casual; nothing special and difficult to choose sth that is edible. The drinks are very sweetvandcthey have just 4 to choose and all look the same. The beachvhad benn awful and ocean brown-impossible to swim. Only... More

My husband and I stayed at the end of September. The hotel staff were helpful. The waiters in the restaurant bar & pool were very attentive. Yes it was mainly French, but they were great fun and included us. The entertainment was brilliant. If you like dancing this is the place to go, the animation team don't leave anyone out.... More

We stayed in February 2014, been surounded by organized parties of French holidaymakers, honestly can´t imagine being here when hotel is full. It gets very busy sometimes in dining room so bit waiting for table or food, but have to say, nice tasty choice. Beer in All Inclusive bar is good, wine acceptable and you can also get some mixed... After reading the unfair reviews on this page me and my friends were quite unsure whether to book this stay or not. But after the holiday we were glad we did as we had such a good time. The only complaint I have to say is that this hotel is mainly catered for the French. They forget they are not... More

Excellent hotel, it was my second time going and I would definitely go again. The staff make the holiday most enjoyable, they are very friendly. There are shows every night which are amazing and the pool entertainment is fantastic! There are many activities. It is a very clean hotel lovely rooms and lovely food at the restaurant. The weather was... More

After reading the reviews on this page, my friends and I (four females in our early twenties) were a bit apprehensive before arriving at this hotel. However we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and all of the hotel workers were very welcoming. Other reviews have mentioned that guests were ignored due to being English, however we did not... More

I've just returned from a week holiday with my 3 friends (females in 20's). We had read reviews and was a bit nervous but it turned out to be a fantastic holiday. The hotel is simple but clean. The pool is lovely and the food was buffet style which we found to be very varied and yummy! The staff were... More

4star?, at most 2star, food edible but bland and repetitive, staff ignorant, facilties very poor, cleanliness none existant, would I recommend this? NO if you want 4star Agadir go to RIU. It's a good job that Agadir is a nice resort or our holiday would've been ruined. As example, dead cockroach on toilet by restuarant was there all week, every... More

Seriously don't bother wasting your hard earned money on this hotel as the reasons are endless. The reception staff are rude and abrupt, they don't seem to be bothered. The hotel itself is catered mainly for the french holiday makers as entertainment during the day and nite is in french. We stayed one floor down from reception and our room... More

We booked this hotel in May and we are going back in September. The hotel on initial approach seemed dated especially considering it is next door to the Sofitel. However, after you’ve checked in the hotel, rooms and facilities are modern and the hotel is extremely clean. The restaurant has a wonderful selection of fresh Mediterranean and Moroccan food with...
