Had an awful time in this hotel. There facilities are not what you expect, most of them are not even there such as the gym. Food was bland and felt there was not enough as there was a limit om the buffet. Also pool side snack bar service was poor an when leaving the hotel staff came across very rude... More

It is said that you should never go back and relive previous experiences, this was certainly true of this hotel. We visited this hotel for a second time as a party of 8, having stayed here about two years ago. The reception staff were very rude once you gained their attention, this could be because we were women. I should... More

First we are a well travelled couple used to genuine 5*hotels (and their prices) So how did Atlas compare? We enjoyed our stay! Yes I agree with "Disappointing" review but the down side results from a complete lack of management structure in all areas. The organisation (or lack of it) results in some very frustrating moments. The restaurant is chaos... More

Having stayed at this hotel 2 years ago we thought we would have a return visit as we had enjoyed it so much. How wrong we were, very mixed experiences - restaurant food very good choice, and waiters were extremely helpful. The 'Fez' man at reception was great and friendly. Security Man also very helpful. Rooms were roomy and cleaned... More

Reception were unbelievably unhelpful and, frankly, sullen. When the chambermaid forgot to replace our towels, reception said we'd have to wait til the next morning, which would have meant no evening shower! Then when an excursion was cancelled and we asked them to contact the agent, they charged us for the local phone call. Lights in the corridors are very... More

We had a lovely time at the hotel. It was clean maybe in need of a lick of paint generally. If your one of those people who find fault easily you will find them. Staff were very helpful. Cleaning was on going throughout the day a credit to them. Definitely go all inclusive. We had 10 days here and the... More

Me and my partner stayed for week all inclusive- after reading the previous reviews we were a bit apprehensive about what to expect. The food is a 4 star standard, the meat and fish are cooked beautifully- if your expecting burger and chips or a fry up every morning then stay in europe. The all-inclusive drinks were plentiful and they... More

We went as a young couple and decided to take the bed a breakfast option instead of all inclusive (big mistake)! When we arrived there are plenty of places to exchange money but found the hotel had the best rates, we were collected by our transfers upon arrival really pleasant and quick but don't allow anyone to take your luggage... I stayed at this hotel for a week in October 2013. We travelled as a party of 8 with ages ranging from 2 years old to nearly 70 years old. I had read some of the previous reviews and was prepared as to what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It is very clean and the... More

After reading all the rotten reviews about this hotel on Tripadvisor it was with a sense of dread that we approached our destination. We arrived just before midnight and were checked in efficiently (no frills) and shown to our room by the porter who took our cases. The corridor looked very dark but lights flashed on as we approached. The... More
