West Oaks has a great location, in the heart of Arnolds Park. This makes it ideal for those wanting to go to the amusement park, which is great for kids 10 and under, teenagers would be bored. We walked to the park a few times and also took our boat. There are also many restraunts within walking distance, I recommend Smokin Jake's for their ribs. The resort itself is nothing fancy but we found it to work just fine for us. Compared to the other resorts we visited other than the new Bay Bridges, I think West Oaks is very comprable. This was an RCI timeshare exchange for us and will look to exchange here again. We would recommend it and will stay again when visiting this area. We are boaters and found Okoboji to be a great place for us to spend a week! more
