The hotel was nice. Clean. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Workout room and pool were nice. We were disappointed with the breakfast bar. Eggs were dried out and the food on the breakfast bar was not being restocked. We stay at a lot of Holiday Inn Expresses and the breakfast was not up to the usual standards. more

I wouldn't recommend this hotel with anyone with kids. They are very demeaning to young adolescents and wouldn't even provide enough towels for children. Very nice hotel. Not sure how old it is, but it appeared fairly new. Very clean, good beds, lots of lights in the room. I booked a last minute room the night before the Iowa vs. Iowa State game. I was afraid there wouldn't be any rooms left in town, but they had a wonderful room at a great price. The room was big, clean and welcoming. The bathroom was huge, well stocked and spotless. I'd definately stay here again. more
