Staying at this hotel is like being on the worst roller coaster ride and you can't get off... 1) I was given one price over the phone during my reservation only to be charged more. 2) The breakfast was awful. I felt like I rode the Silly Silo without stopping after eating in the restaurant. 3) Management was incompetent...totally arrogant... More

If you work for your money, please do not WASTE it here. If you were born rich and can afford to throw money away for a problem-filled weekend, then this is your place. The pool was over-chlorinated for starters. I realize there are several kid's that play in the pool, but I now have read about people's chemical burn complaints.... More

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. There were 3 families all together. Our rooms were poolside rooms, I would recommend. The extra money for that room is worth it. The only concern we had were the kids started to have redness on legs and arms and faces after spending a lot of time in the pool. My little... More

We stayed here on a Saturday night over spring break being local residents to just get away. Had a pool side suite, room 184 and would highly recommend it; right in front of childrens pool gate leading to spa and swim up bar. Our 6 yr old had a blast, the 12 yr old liked the other pool section better... More

My wife made plans to meet some friends out at the Adventureland Inn for a weekend. Not knowing anything about the place, I checked this site. I have to say that after reading some of the reviews I half expected my arms to fall off due to the chemicals, my wife may come down with dysentery because of the dirtiness,... More

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and I was soo unhappy! All 3 of my kids and all 5 of my friends children broke out in a rash from the chemicals in the pool. My son was so broke out he couldn't even wear clothes! When they were in the water they didn't notice it but, when they... More

I was given the jacuzzi room for my retirement gift from co-workers. I was disapointed that the room had little style. It reminded me of a hospital room. The table chair had green silly string stuck to it, the rug needed vacuumed, and there was a wrist band on the floor. The jacuzzi start button was broken off, so you... More

My fiance and I hosted our son's birthday party at the Adventureland Inn. The biggest problem I found was that my eyes were burning all evening from too many chemicals in the pool. Secondly, I understand that the pool is fun; however, I feel that if you are paying $100 for a night you should be entitled to a few... More

I have stayed at the hotel 6 times at different times of the year over the past 3-4 years. I also went about a dozen times as a kid (about 25 years ago). I read some negative comments about the refs from 2 other reviews and needed to add something. These guys are the reason my little kids are able... More

I have stayed at the Adventureland Inn twice a year for the last 6 years. (Since having kids) I will never go again which is very unfortunate. I reserved two adjoining rooms and requested pool side. One room was fine, the other was in the corner of the pool area in a high traffic area. This means my balcony was... More
