We stayed at this campground (which is adjacent to the Adventureland Hotel) exactly one week after staying at the hotel. We camped with my parents and my children while visiting the amusement park. A different review from me describes the hotel from our earlier visit with friends.
The campground is large, has mostly nice, level spots and several washroom buildings with showers. There are numerous small trees, but none provide anything other than basic/minimal shade. The roads are paved. Some spots can easily accomodate larger motorhomes while others are well suited for trailers and smaller campers. Electric, water, and sewer hookups seem plentiful.
The rates are rather steep for the facilities provided, running over $30/nite for full hookups and they have the nerve to ask for an additional $4.95 per day for wireless internet service which I declined.
