We have stopped here 4 times now, and we like the location, and great staff. The rooms need some updating, and the floors have smoking and non-smoking rooms close to each other, so the hall really smells of smoke. Breakfast is OK, a little skimpy on the hot food (eggs, biscuit, gravy)

Rooms are very worn out, and service was average at best. The best thing about the stay was the breakfast - as its free. I have also stayed across the street at the BW (which is much better and now I will not stay anywhere else). parking lot did not make me feel very safe either.

I don't usually sleep to well when I have a night out in a hotel. This hotel was so peaceful and quiet. I had a wonderful night's sleep. I shall certainly go back again. Their rates were reasonable too.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times over the years & in general, it's O.K.. Always ask for a first floor room. Two reasons we go back are: The breakfast is pretty good. (Remember, it's free.) Secondly, the bed linen is always very clean. The little lady & her helper really go out of their way to make sure... More

The hotel was an average hotel. There is NO elevator, but there I a only one flight. Our king size room was really large. Bed was good, a little bouncy. We did not need heat but did run the cool air, was not overly loud when it kicked on & off. Breakfast was an average hotel type. waffles, biscuits &... More

It's ok for what it does and what you expect. But the bathtub was so that I rather didn't shower and overall the place seemed in need of some investing. Breakfast was ok and everyone was happy. As I said, nothing too special, though. No elevater, can be tough for some.

Always a nice stay here, I really like the updated comforters and lamp shades. So refreshing. I come to arcola to spend the night, shop at Beachy`s bulk store, visit the cheese store, and get a meat package from dutch valley meats. Love coming home and filling my freezer with wonderful meat!!!!

Because this Comfort Inn is in a very small town off of I-57, we didn't expect much. But for this type of budget hotel, were pleasantly surprised! Clean, bright, updated hotel. Room was very clean, comfy and well maintained. Bed, pillows, sheets, bathroom all in very hood condition. Employees are friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the breakfast area. 3... More

I have never reviewed a room before because I have never felt the need too. I stay at Comfort Inn very often because I have the Choice Hotels Credit Card and they have always been nice. This one is the worst I have ever stayed in. To start off we entered our room and could not even stay in there... More

We didn't pre book this, but walked in when we were done driving for the day, just to spend the night. First the good stuff. >There are a bunch of places to eat and convenience stores at walking distance to the place. >Free Wifi, hot breakfast and parking. >The breakfast selection was pretty good, considering this is a budget hotel....
