We stayed at the Davie School Inn for our 5 year anniversary in September and we're so glad we chose this B&B! Upon arrival we were told that the suite we reserved was needed by someone for a 2 night stay so we were upgraded to the Gold Suite! Its absolutely beautiful! Over 1,000 square foot suite with an terribly... more

We stayed at the Davie School Inn because it was close to many wineries and the Shawnee National Forest. The rooms were huge and very neat and tidy. Everything was very clean and the people throughout the area were very helpful. The Dahmers run a very nice facility - breakfast was delicious and always on time. The school is a... more

This place leaves you feeling like a king and queen. We had chocalate covered strawberries waiting our spacious suite on arrival. After a bath in the huge two person jacuzzi we relaxed by the fire. It was so romantic and special. The breakfast the next more was fabulous. We will most definitely be back and we would recommend this room... more

This was my first time at a bed a breakfast. I went with 4 of my girlfriends for a weekend of wine tasting and hiking along the Shawnee Wine Trail. The room was a good size and totally reminded me of my grammar school days. The owner cooked us a great big breakfast each morning and brought it to our... more

My husband and I went to the Davie School Inn to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and it was the perfect place to stay. We have both stayed at bed and breakfasts before, but this one BY FAR was the nicest. I have special dietary needs and Gary was extremely thoughtful when he made my breakfast. The food was fabulous,... more

Davie school Inn was a great place to stay. The rooms were huge! It was a converted schoolhouse and all the classrooms are hotel rooms. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy the great wine we bought at the 14 wineries around the town. Our host was great. We didn't try his breakfast, though, we should have, but we... more

It is not often that you can spend the night in a converted school, and even less likely that you would be sleeping in the same room that you attended 5th grade, some 53 years earlier. Anna, is where both my wife and I grew up, she was born there and I moved there when I was 14. We were... more

Stayed here for my 50th birthday and had a nice time. Rooms are huge. The venue is unique. We have stayed at many B&B's and enjoyed the uniqueness of this one. Owners are great and very helpful. Breakfast is better than many I have had at other B&B's. Lots of food and nice that they serve it when you want... more
