We do not expect anything fancy for such a low price- but we were very impressed by this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and quiet - staff some of the friendliest and most helpful we've encountered in our travels. Breakfast was adequate and good- waffles, muffins, cereal and fruit. More

The mattress in this hotel was very uncomfortable. They need to replace them. Other than that is was a Super 8, nothing fancy. We don't mind that on occasion but really could have used a good night's sleep. More

It was clean. They gave my boss a good rate, $45. He has been staying there for a couple of weeks. The manager told me I couldn't have that rate un less I stayed at least 7 days. I won't be staying there next time, $59 a night is too much, it's not that nice. More

This 3 story (NO elevator) older motel property is clean and well maintained by friendly staff. Called directly to get 1st floor request for older relative with mobility problems and they honored internet lowest rate. Super 8 participates with Wyndham rewards loyalty program. This motel is conveniently located on Alton's Beltline and close to plenty of food (St. Louis Bread Company), groceries (Shop 'n Save), and shopping (Kohl's, Alton Square Mall). The ground level room with two queen beds, table and chairs, dresser, mini-refrigerator, and microwave was cramped.
