The exterior looks outdated and the room is fine. There is HD tv's in every room. The breakfast is amazing it's like old country buffet with all you can eat everything. Also the pool was very warm when I went.

We visited the Holiday Inn in Alton in February for an event and stayed the night. There were no birthday parties taking over the pool or lobby. It was a very enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the Morning.
