Stayed here both in 2013 and this year. We liked it in 2013, but loved it in 2014. The new management has added some really nice touches and takes care of us VERY well. Considering that the Yellowstone area is very busy and tough to find rooms for, this place is our best option and we WILL be back again... More

We would have checked right back out if the office had still been opened after we entered our room: 1) Bathroom door, how long had it been since it had been thoroughly cleaned? 2) Refrigerator, when running, was so noisy it would wake one up; caused great trouble in trying to go to sleep; 3) Couple #2 with this one,... We were tired after driving from LaGrande, OR to Ashton. Matt efficiently registered us with up to date technology. When I reached for my bag in our vehicle, he dashed out of the motel, took it from my hand and carried it to our room. When we asked Matt where to park, he told us to park behind his vehicle... More

This place is in transition and under new management. Disregard negative reviews. We were traveling from Oregon to see Yellowstone. The rooms were very clean and the lobby was nice. Management went out of their way to accommodate me. I got up at 4:30 am and coffee was not made. The new owner took note and at the next morning... More

Great facilities (50 amp service), prices, flat sites, good views and super service. The owner (Chuck) personally took care of our needs during an ultra-high wind storm that damaged our RV while traveling. Great fishing in the area and close to Island Park and West Yellowstone. Bear World is close by with a close look at bears, elk, moose, etc... More

Rooms were spotless and the customer service was amazing. They even helped us with all of our luggage and WOULDN'T accept a tip. They were educated and very friendly. Our wake up call (which was important to us) was right on time and very pleasant. We had a phone, in our room, right next to our bed. Mesa Falls was... More

We all had phones in our rooms with very clean beds, floors, sink and baths. The lobby was really cool, too and so was the location of this hotel. We will DEFINITELY come back and stay here again. This was a great value and a wonderful experience for my friends and myself.

Bed was really comfortable. The lodge was really, really quiet and they make you feel important there. They care and have really appointed the hotel with the essential items for me, especially the cleanliness part. It's worth staying here, saving lots of money, and then going into Yellowstone from here!!

We chose this RV park by reviews on the net, and by their website. Signs on arrival announced Wi-Fi and cable. When we checked in, with a very unhelpful manager, ("Good Sam? Never heard of it!") nothing was said about the amenities not being in order. The "Park" itself turned out to be a field of weeds, just off the... More

Our RV Park simply does not boast free WiFi, at the park. Upon check-in, RV Guests are made aware that they can use our WiFi by coming into the Lobby, which is not within signal range from the RV. So, the guests do have to walk over and come into the lobby. Also, all of our RV spots offer power,... More

Newly remodeled? Not very well obviously. When we checked in they said the rooms had Wifi and 500 channels. We went to our two bed queen room. The back door didn't lock and overlooked a restaurant. OK seemed safe. Went into our room. No telephone and the only way to get all 500 channels was with the use of the... More

We, definitely, do not have 500 TV channels and do not advertise our Dish Network options as such. Our rooms do have telephones, however. So, I am not sure if Amie even stayed at our place. For sure, we have welcomed more than 895 guests this past summer and almost everyone has had wonderful things to say. Too bad they... More
