First off, you cannot miss this resort. It is the only pink building in Maui and a pretty good size. We are owners and our ocean view suite suprised the heck out of us. It had up to date furnishings and quite spacious. Whenever we needed something, the staff were quick to assist. The actual building could use some renovations,... more

first let me say this, i am not a negative person. i never write reviews. it has to be really bad to complain. so let me first say that the only part that was good was the greeting into the hotel from there it went down hill. when we checked into the room it smelled musty. the furniture is old.... more

The service was excellent down to the shuttle service. Our flight was delayed and I was concerned we weren't going to have transportation since we arrived very late. They were there and drove us safely to the Ka'anapali Beach Club. Everyone at front desk was very friendly and helpfull. The room view was excellent and so was the room. Very... more

Stayed here last week on my first ever trip to Maui. As a Sampler program member, I got to stay one week for less than $900 so I rated the value very high. Had a one bedroom that could sleep 4 if needed, and the only amenity missing was an in-room washer/dryer, but it was no problem taking a small... more

My wife and I went to KBC for our, "Babymoon." Thinking that we were going to a secluded island paradise, I was initially a little disturbed by the Outback, B&N and Pizza Huts that were nearby, but all you have to do is drive North from the hotel, and you are quickly in the backcountry. My reccomendation would be anytime... more

Overall our stay at the KBC was good. The resort is average but provided us with just about everything we needed. The location is great, nice pool, good food by the pool and a decent bar. We had a mountain facing room so we spent many nights on the patio near the bar drinking the delicous lava flows watching the... more

We stayed as guests of a Diamond Resort owner. She booked us a deluxe ocean view suite. The unit is very comfortably arranged with ample seating in the living room, a small dining room table with four chairs, and a roomy bedroom with nice bedding on the king-size bed. The bathroom is very oversized with a separate tub and shower.... more

We decided on this resort for the price and location and were pleasantly surprised. We were told the pool was closed for resurfacing until June, but we booked anyway because we received an ocean view suite for $70 per night. When we got there, they had already opened the pool and it was wonderful! It rivals the Westin pool on... more

My wife and I are Diamond Resort owners and decided to try this resort. The resort is easy to locate and about a 45 minute drive from the airport. If you are from a big city and use to a lot of light at night driving you will be amazed at how dark, dark is in the middle of the... more

Disappointed for a variety of reasons. First, pool was closed during our stay plus we were never informed by either our timeshare company (Interval International) or DiamondResorts before we checked in. Hotel clearly informed us at check-in about the pool closing but never attempted to compensate us or anyone else for the inconvenience. Parking is additional 12.50 a day fee.... more
