Good value for the price. Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms could use updating. We stayed in a jacuzzi room & really enjoyed it!....i recommend this hotel if you are looking for a decent room at a decent price.

This was actually the second pick for hotels as our first pick was flooded. I'm actually glad because this hotel turned out to be great. From the first step in, we were greeted by the manager on duty. The next morning as we were bringing stuff down, the lady greeted my wife with a "Good morning Sunshine." That made my... More

This place is BAD! Other than the staff - the stay was a nightmare! I was in Augusta for an important medical appointment. Imagine, if you can, trying to get ready for a doctor'e exam with out being able to shower, shave, or even flush a toilet. I ask for a refund and was told that it was not possible.... More

This was my first time at an America's Best Inn & Suites and my last. The lobby and hallway smelled horrible (fortunately the room wasn't that bad) The room was short on towels and when I called the desk, the woman told me. I could walk down to the desk and get towels. So much for housekeeping. The coffee maker in... More

Went to Augusta for a music festival last weekend and just picked the cheapest thing close to the venue. Well, to begin with you had to fill out a form with name, address, phone., etc. and show photo ID to check in. When I asked "isn't all this on my reservation?" the reply was "lots of people lie about those... More

I would like to know where the rooms are which this hotel uses for promotion on their website. They certainly aren't at the location in Augusta, or at least, haven't looked like that in a number of years! We stayed for 2 nights during Masters week 2014, and were very disappointed with our rooms. They were in poor shape, very... More

Booked in October after I found out that we were fortunate enough to be attending a Masters practice round. The going rate at the more upscale hotels was 400 to 500 dollars so I knew that $179.00 was a deal ($200 a night with tax) but not in my worst dreams did I expect to be paying $200 for a... More

I am often amazed when I arrive at a hotel by the contrast between the pictures the hotel posts online and the what I'm seeing of the actual establishment. If when you opened the door to your room, you could hold the online picture of the room up to the left of your view of the actual room you could... More

Hotel is difficult to reach due to divided highway and inadequate signs. We ended up driving around the block to find the entrance and discovered the back half of the hotel is boarded up. This detour also confirmed the hotel is in a seedy area and not downtown as the discription states. The hotel is very worn and not worthy... More
