I had a very unpleasant stay the weekend pass I ah to wait 30 minutes for a room and I was giving three rooms to check into and one of the rooms wasn't even clean when I was giving a key to it. I think to accomodate me I should have been giving a discount because of the inconvience. Tammie... More

We visit Augusta for medical treatments and have stayed at Econolodge 3 different times, 8 days each and several visits of 1-3 days. This hotel is very convenient to the Doctor's offices, treatment centers, grocery store, pharmacy and any restaurant you could wish for. The hotel is old and needs upgrading but you get good accomodations and service for your... More

I have been staying in this hotel off and on for several months now, while my father has been receiving treatment at the MCG Hospital. This is clearly the MOST convenient hotel to the hospital and the quality of service from the staff has been superb!!! One particular staff member that has really gone above and beyond is Tasha. Her... More

This was a very nasty hotel. My father was in the VA hospital across the street from this hotel, which is why I had chosen it. I normally stayed at another hospital but since our entire family wanted to be here for my father's surgery, we thought it would be easier to be across the street from the hospital so... More

Shortage of help I feel is the reason some things are being shortcut. But those who are working are doing everything possible to make the stays enjoyable. We have a student at Paine College and this location is just perfect for us to visit and it also allows our student access to us. I am sort of concerned tho that... More

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were great for the money and length of stay. Only two small complaints. One is/was the breakfast. Not much there, needed more varieties of food but overall the staff was wonderful and helpful. The beds were so comfortable that it took me awhile to fall asleep because they were better than my bed... More

The room included a refrigerator and microwave. The air conditioner worked well and was quiet. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The free breakfast was good. It included both... More

The wifi works, the AC is cold, the shower and morning coffee is hot, so I can't say it was all bad, especially since the desk staff was nice and the price was cheap. However the cockroaches were bold (I saw several) but fortunately they are too big to wriggle into your ear canal while you sleep! More

Had an emergency..hubby was in the Medical College Hospital and I needed a place to get my bearings. This was the closest place to the hospital, and I was alone, so I figured, "hey, Econo Lodge, they are a member of the Choice family...what could go wrong!" WRONG answer! This hotel has no business being a Choice property. The standards... More
