We stayed for 2 nights during Masters week. I was afraid to open the door after reading the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Stayed here during Masters weekend. Location is great, but the hotel desperately needs to be renovated. The lobby and the pool are the nicest features. I did not experience any of the negative cleanliness issues cited by previous reviewers, but the bottom line is they either need to sink some serious money into this place or just knock it down... more

Stayed during three nights during the Masters. The door handle didn't work properly, the lights when on/off in the bathroom, the microwave was broke, the carpet looked filthy, the walls had stains on them and the shower water went from cold to scalding to cold. For $55 a night it was great, Rooms are old and need new furniture and a coat of paint. The location and freindly staff were perfect for what we wanted.
