staff seem friendly enough, however it's the rooms and other guests that are the problem. Having doors enter to outside turned out to be a problem. Compared to some of the hotels in Augusta, this one is above average. However usually a '3' rated hotel through Hotwire is much nicer. This is an older hotel - all rooms with outside entrances.
