Stayed one night and for the money it was a very nice.the cable channels were plenty and there's a microwave fridge so I was able to snack and watch TV.it's. Close to several restaurants and interstate 20 and that's convenient.

Pro: extremely nice staff Con: Everything else, especially the rooms, property, pool, etc. Okay, I know this is a basic, no-frills motel. I expected it to at least be clean during Master's week! Even the light switch was dirty! Holes in the spread, moldy broken AC and a nasty bathrooms are unaccepted conditions even at regular prices charged. We slept... More

Terrible motel!!! Very old and smells bad!!! The first thing I did when we entered the room was pull back the covers on the sagging bed and a good sized roach ran off the pillow and under the covers and my wife immediately said we aren't staying here. I'm still fighting for a refund. Being Masters week it was $99... More

This is what happens when you use hotwire for Masters week. They do have very nice people working here. It took three rooms to find an acceptable one. The second room had fresh dog urine. I don't think it gets much worse. At least they had an iron.

DO NOT say here! Old, wornout hotel. Should be torn down and rebuilt. Operators are nice and friendly but this place should be condemned. My dog stays in better facilities when boarded.

A horrible place to stay. I thought I was going to fall through the staircase because they were rusted so bad. Rooms are shabby and not cleaned well at all. There are much better places to stay on the same exit at or near the same price.

Because of a sickness in the family we came to Martinez, Ga. I checked out the Econo Lodge on the website and figured it would be a good enough place to stay for the 3 days we were there. What a letdown. Old, rundown, not real clean and things didn't work. Pool was filthy. They advertized a jacuzzi, had none.

You could tell the hotel had been cleaned and staff was working hard to make everyone comfortable. The hotel is older and needs to be updated. TV old

While this was a perfectly decent facility, be aware that they will deliberately charge you a bit more than the price you booked on line, in the hope that you won't notice. Choice Hotels (owner of the Econo Lodge name) refuses to interfere with what it calls a "hotel policy". If you stay here, check your bill carefully before you... More
