I cannot say enough good about this hotel! It is one of the nicest places I've stayed and a tremendous value for the business traveler. They have the most amazing staff - ever! From the front desk to the bartender/cook, the staff go out of their way to make sure you're having a great stay. My room was the perfect... more

Actually we weren't in Augusta for leisure or business. My daughter was having surgery at Children's Hospital at Medical College of GA. My family and I stayed there from a Monday to a Friday. Our room was spotless when we checked in and was kept clean even with our hectic in-and-out schedule between the hotel and the hospital. We stayed... more

As the previous review mention, this is a very clean, nice new hotel in a sea of older hotels. The lobby is very nice, check in was friendy and efficient. Rooms are nice, clean and the bed is great. My only complaint is that the hotel is in the middle of a construction zone, both on I-20 and the surrounding... more

Back to Augusta for medical appointments at the Medical College. We wanted to stay in a different place than we have in the past, and chose this property. Reading the reviews, we were expecting a lot, and we got that. Don't be concerned by the construction going on around the hotel. It is QUIET! It is far enough off the... more

I recently booked a meeting at this hotel and just had to let you know that this is one of the most professional and beautfiul hotels in Augusta. From the moment that I reserved our meeting, I was treated with respect and didnt have to worry about anything. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so nice and accommodating.... more

The hotel is almost new, and the staff is new as well.... Pro's -- rooms were clean, lobby is shiny, breakfast (extra charge) was very nice, beds were good quality. Con's -- some staff members were more knowledgeable than others about hotel services, local area, how to do normal front desk tasks, etc. All of the staff tried to be... more

As a Hilton Diamond member I visit many Hilton Garden Inns around the country and this would rank right up toward the top. Check-in was very efficient and friendly, including suggestions for places to eat around the hotel. As a reference there is an Applebess and Longhorn Steakhouse just west of the hotel and an Outback just east across the... more

I just returned from a 2 night stay at the Augusta Hilton Garden Inn which is conveniently located off I-20 (exit 199) not far from Augusta National and the Medical College of Georgia. This hotel was wonderful from the moment we checked in. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful as was all the other staff we encountered at... more

Brand new hotel. For the most part everything was fine. I do have the following complaints. Hear a beeping noise the entire stay coming from floor below in housekeeping or maintenace area. I talked to staff about it but nothing happened. Breakfast was not free. But it was more than your usual "free cold breakfast" The was a large error... more
