I stayed at the Ramada during Masters week. I found the hotel to be average at best. The staff was very accommodating so no complaints there. Parking is easy. The location is at the bad end of Broad Street, but was not unsafe to me as other reviewers mentioned. The room furnishing seems new, although another colleague of mine said... More

We were excited to spend a week watching the Masters. Our first experience with the front desk was with Phyllis, amazing. She instantly made me feel at home, great southern hospitality. Lavon made special arrangements to help us get to the Augusta National early, whenever we needed it. Richardean is a wonderful person, she works the eagles nest on the top... More

Run down place. Old furniture, dirty cups in room, nasty floors and completely unsafe neighborhood. I was accosted by somebody who walked across four lanes of traffic on Broad Street just because I did not respond to their request for money. The individual was brazen enough to accost me right at the front door of the hotel. Later that evening... More

I booked rooms at the Ramada at the last minute for a trip to the Master's. I was not sure what to expect from a last minute booking but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. From Pat the manager to Ashley at the front desk to Lavon who... More

After the horrible reviews that I had read, I was a bit nervous about keeping my reservation with this facility. However, upon arrival, it was bad at all. Yes, it's an older hotel and it comes with the flaws of an older facility -- but the bed was reasonably comfortable, the hot water plentiful in the shower, and the multifunction... More

i spent the weekend in augusta and stayed here. I was awakened by the staff calling to let me know that I had a flat tire. They were so helpful to me that morning Mr. Rand even changed my tire for me! I cant tell you how good that made me feel. They really go the extra mile for the... More

My husband and I recently stayed at the Ramada in Augusta Ga. It is an older hotel, but neat and clean. The staff there is exceptionally nice and customer focused. It is at the edge of the business district so easy access in and out. The prices there are reasonable and we will definitely return.
