This place was one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at. We usually like Hampton Inns.... but not this one. The room bathrooms were disgusting....black dirt and grime in the shower and the sink areas. I had to shield my eyes because it was so bad. Our room didn't even have a tub. The shower was at the same... more

I stayed here for business in May, 2009. The hotel inside is very nice, with newly decorated guest rooms and a nice lobby. The staff were all very good, my biggest complaint about this hotel was the location. The hotel is very difficult to get into. When you approach on Broad St., you have to turn right on Hawthorne to... more

This is a better Hampton. I know that in GA Hampton Inns are a bit of a hit and miss with more misses, but this one is a hit. Nice rooms, no refrigerator or microwave in mine though. This hotel is worth staying in if you are passing through Athens, check it out. more

I've stayed at this hotel several times this year and the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable....they go out of their way to be helpful. The rooms as typical of a mid-range hotel, but are always spotlessly cleaned and well set up for a business traveller. It is also a very convenient location, not far from downtown, U of... more

We had to attend a funeral in the area and found this Hampton close by. It was very clean, friendly staff and great location with alot of restaurants to choose from nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the computer access worked without a hitch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel except it doesn't accept pets which we normally travel... more

Stayed here after refusing to stay at the Courtyard in Athens. Very happy with the hotel. Check in was wonderful. Business center was above average. The room was very clean and spacious. I was happy with the bedding and the towels. The internet in my room worked fine. The floor was very quiet. Couldn't even hear my co-worker in the... more

Spent two nights at this location. They are remodeling the hotel, so at first we were concerned. But we never heard any construction noise, and no dust or dirt. The staff was eager to please, even when our air conditioning unit went on the blink, someone was there quickly to repair it. Good location near many restuarants. We would easily... more

I booked 3 rooms for my group. The first 2 nights I could not get my internet to work, and when it did was very slow. I will mention the room was clean and service up until the last day was great. I finished my stay and went to check out and noticed $4.50 charge for the phone. I explained... more

Previous reviews were a few years old, and, in my opinion, inaccurate. Hotel was clean, comfortable. Down comforters on the beds, with white duvets that were clean and neat. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Cookies, fresh baked, available all day! Location was convenient to everything. This hotel lives up to Hampton standards, and I would definitely return there. more

I had a smoking room that didn't have any ashtrays. There was a smear of brown on the toilet seat when I arrived and the refrigerator had someone elses leftover food in it! The breakfast area had a tippy table that when I sat my coffee on it the table tipped and spilled coffee all over my leg too. This... more
