A week after our stay, I realized I had left an earring in our room. After contacting the hotel, the housekeeping manager not only mailed me my earring, but refused a reward. Our room was clean and comfortable, but knowing they care even after you leave is PRICELESS. It is hard to find customer service like that these days. more
