I stayed at the Foundry this week for the first time in nearly 10 years. The location is great, three (uphill) blocks from the Classic Center, and the rate I paid was cheaper than Hotel Indigo, The Downtown Hilton, and the Downtown Holiday Inn. Whether the rate was worth it... well, that's up to interpretation. One thing I was very... More

While attending a conference, I stayed at the Foundry Park Inn and found it very quaint and close to town. The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was comfy. It is obviously old buildings turned in to a motel and has character! I would stay here again!

The "Inn and Spa" name makes it sound luxurious and decadent, but I have to agree with previous reviewers that it's perhaps a bit misleading to describe it as such. The bathroom was nice but the bedroom seemed a bit dated and in need of an upgrade, considering the price of a room. Our room was fine - nothing special... More

I usually stay at a larger chain in downtown Athens but that hotel was booked so I chose to stay at the Foundry instead. The overall experience was okay and the price was right. Rooms: I had a non-smoking room that still smelled musty. The bath products left a lot to be desired. For a property that claims to be... More

Stayed for two weeks here on a business trip. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and courteous and parking is easy. The hotel is an upscale motel-type in a great location - far away enough from the bars and noise of a Friday-night in town, yet close enough to stroll into the heart of Athens in a matter of minutes. Breakfast... More

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Foundry Park Inn!! I stayed there for a conference and had a great rate, which made the stay even more wonderful! The staff was always courteous and pleasant, the room and grounds were clean and tidy, and the inn was conveniently located just two blocks from the Classic Center where the conference... More

I spent two days in this quaint hotel. The rooms are large and the beds very comfy. Parking can be difficult because they are always booked up. One plus that I had no clue about was there shuttle service. They will take you anywhere in Athens and pick you up anytime until 2am by just merely calling the hotel. Never... More

A historical property redone very well. Room was nice sized and the beds comfortable. There was an event which left parking in short supply. Had some minor issues with plug in bathroom for coffee maker. Other than these minor issues, it was a nice stay.

I stayed for a conference that was held in the Ballroom. The facility was beautiful. I never heard 'Well I don't do that" or "I don't know". These are tourism and hospitality professionals at their finest!
