I had no issues with the service, my room was ready when I arrived so I didn't have to wait for employees to make the room they had given me. The manager was bit nosy. For the price I paid, the service an amenities was the right amount. Don't be one of those who want to pay nothing for greatness.... more

It's hard to find pet-friendly lodging in Athens, so we stay here. That's the only reason. The building is old and run-down. The service is crabby. Breakfast is awful and served in the cramped laundry area. The rooms themselves are fine, and pet owners are housed on the ground floor for easy access to outdoors. There's a charge for pets,... more

I chose this hotel because of its central location and economical price. I was not looking for special amenities, just a clean and comfortable place to stay. In retrospect, I realize I would have saved myself a lot of trouble had I inspected the room prior to accepting my room key. I found my room to be stale and dirty:... more

I needed a room for one night on my way to Atlanta - the Microtel Inn, although showing a little age, was clean and convenient. more

victoria and staff are nice however, the manager walks around like he's father john and trys to stick his nose in everybodys business. owner named bridge never acts on his rude behavior. trys to limit what you eat from breakfast bar. states he's from the navy! So what this is noway to run a motel! if you go be forwarned..... more

I'm sitting in this awful hotel as I write this review because it is one of the worst places I have ever stayed and I have stayed at over 100 different hotels accross the southeast. I have stayed at other Microtel's which are way better, but this one is worthy of a tear down. As you walk in the door... more

We were 1st given a room that had a broken lock on it; if you pushed hard enough on the door it opened by itself without the key card. It was unsafe and we did not feel comfortable staying in this room. The front desk lady told us no other rooms were available until we demanded our money back- at... more

Just a few minutes drive from the bustling student city, the hotel had everything we needed in the room... tv, aircon, hairdryer, free wireless, bath, shower and a comfy clean bed. The staff were helpful, and the free self serve breakfast wasn't bad for the price. more

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were very quiet and quite large. Staff was helpful. Complementary breakfast was lacking. Very good location. This hotel was good for the money paid. more

This place is located about 3 miles from downtown and 2 miles from Georgia Square Mall. Quite place and very clean room. The complimentary breakfast is simple but good for the price of the stay. Free wifi. Drawbacks: shower water pressure not good. TV is small. And very noisy in early morning when a lot of people are checking out. more
