The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the hotel is very pretty and fancy. Service is great, you get free breakfast, the bathroom is super nice and big. Get the suite. The only down part was the pool, the swimming pool from the website is not updated, pool is smaller and has no jacuzzi. Other than that is a great... More

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. It's comfortable and feels safe. The hotel itself is beautiful and has modern decor and furniture throughout. The hotel is well maintained and rooms and bathrooms are clean. The toiletries are better than most hotels, and the wifi is free! Friendly staff and fabulous food. The pool is small but the pool... Hotel Isabella is a perfect boutique hotel managed by a wonderful, caring staff. The manager, Ana, was not only attentive to my general travel needs but also took time to share the history of the hotel for me and my fellow travelers. This little gem becomes even more special as you learn the history of it! The room I stayed... More

Stayed here March 2014 & was treated like family from the first to last moment. Rooms were impeccable and staff were very accommodating to all our needs. Would recommend the Isabella to anyone staying in San Pedro Sula!

I have had the luxury of staying at the world's top resorts and Hotel Isabella was such a treat. Beautiful decor inside the lobby, restaurant and guest rooms. Very modern with easily accessible and complimentary wi-fi for all your business and personal needs. Every meal that was prepared in their kitchen was delicious!!! Bathrooms are super nice and showers are... More

I have stayed at this hotel three times in past years, and have always enjoyed the service, the rooms, and the staff. I have recommended this hotel to MANY people, but no longer. On my most recent stay last week, I noted that the hotel was in desperate need of maintenance--the walls needed painting, the laminated floors were buckling in... More

After meeting the owner at a function I thought I would try out the restaurant. So last night I went with a few friends and we had a great meal. We shared some starters; cheese and artichoke fondue which was delightful, shrimp with coconut and tamarind sauce and squid. For main I had Tilapia with a pepper and jalapeno sauce... More

Our beds were so soft and comfortable. Their taxi service picked us up at the airport around 1 am when our flight landed. We left our scuba gear in the office while we went to Copan Ruins for a few days. Our gear was safe and sound when we returned before going to Roatan and the staff were very nice.... More

Last week I stayed in this hotel. I read on TA that the hotel earns major plaudits for its service and I believe that this is true. The hotel staff were very accommodating and really worked hard to make my stay enjoyable. I paid $116 per night including taxes for the room which is a great deal. The hotel is... More

Following a trip to Copan Ruins, we only had one night to stay in San Pedro Sula - and the Isabella Boutique Hotel was just the right place. Our group booked three rooms - one was spacious and two were "adequate" - but all were cool and the showers hot. The breakfast that came with the room was excellent. The... More
